房間不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，有浴袍，辦理住宿後可以隨時泡温泉，不限次數。早餐人少，按份上的，但是喜歡哪個可以再加。有温泉，有游泳池，還有一份水果享用，水看起來很乾凈，挺滿意的！

環境：房間內有異味，衞生間更是，似乎地漏往出返味，隔音一般，門側邊明顯有縫，對於此價位來説，體驗太差。
設施：設施陳舊
衞生：床單上有明顯黑印，帶娃也不想折騰了，但也不會再來了。
早餐是我住過所有酒店最差的，大多是速凍食品。。小孩的水上樂園，温度很低還有冷風，對2歲小朋友真不友好，賊擔心感冒。

入住之前提前聯繫了前台工作人員常寧，因為我是帶兩個孩子，提出了一些對房間的要求，很快就得到了確認回覆，正常酒店是12點退房，常寧不但幫我延遲到下午兩點，而且還把温泉水上樂園的時間給我延遲到了下午六點，讓我帶孩子多玩了半天，非常感謝她的細緻貼心的服務，孩子們玩的非常開心，以後還會經常去。非常棒的一次親子游。除了感謝常寧以外，還要感謝酒店其它各部門的工作人員，謝謝你們。
