Our stay at Nozo Hotel in Furano was nothing short of spectacular. One of the standout features of Nozo Hotel is its onsen, a traditional Japanese hot spring bath. hotel was good but it was hard to get to use the washer as there were only 2 available. some were in use for 2h or more at a time as they were using the dryer function, causing us to have to wait at least 1h each time to wash a batch of clothes.

Location is at the top of the hill steps away from the Furano ski station. Superb staff!

the bad trip ever, this hotel is unreasonable, only look for the money, never considerate the situation , for people who consider this hotel, you have to prepare the hotels unreasonable service,and prepare more and more money for any delay or late check in or flight delay. no refund and help

Great hotel and facilities. Restaurant is very expensive compared to local options. Lovely onsen and bar. A few teething problems like irregular cleaning but great location for skiing. Bed very comfortable.

The hotel facilities are very new and clean. The rooms are relatively spacious compared to big cities such as Tokyo and Osaka. The beds are hard and the pillows are not very comfortable. The location is only about 200 meters away from the entrance of the ski resort. There is a fitness room, sauna and hot spring bath. There are restaurants but not many choices! The waiters are friendly and there is free parking. Overall satisfied!

It's very close to the ski resort, and the hotel's hot springs are great. You can go to the hot springs every morning and evening!

The room is clean, the toilet supplies are of good quality, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. However, the quality of the washing and drying machine is not very good, and it does not dry well and takes a long time.

The hotel is new and the waiters are polite; because it is my birthday, the hotel even gave me wine as a congratulatory gift.

The experience has plummeted! Although the facilities are new and relatively clean in a newly opened hotel, the service is very unsystematic and unprofessional. We asked about the Bus Schedule for going directly to the airport for the next day. After giving us the bus schedule, the person told us to just go to a nearby waiting point and wait. However, I was told by another front desk that day that I had to make a reservation before a driver would stop and check my name. When we went back to press for accountability, the Nozo hotel staff just tried to shirk each other and did not provide solutions or help. Very affected travel plans! The last word is that the food in the hotel restaurant is too Westernized, and it instantly feels like European and American food...

Except for the strange distance between the room and the side, everything else is fine.
