Fenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in. One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests. Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car.

The 3 BR unit was absolutely fabulous. Kitchen very well stocked with beautiful dishes. Beds were comfortable and comforters were sooo comfortable. Showers were powerful and wonderful. Only one thing we would change, the bedroom window blind needs to be blackout curtain to block out the 4am sun rise.

Stay for two nights. Location wise is not near to the Furano station and restaurants. Its ok if you drive, there’s free carpark. The deluxe studio comes equipped with microwave, nespresso, simple cooking utensils. Bed was comfy, air conditioning good. Staff was very helpful. Commend them for helping us find an important document and send them to our next hotel! Really thankful and appreciate their help!

Nicely furnished apartment located next to skylift.

Room is spacious and with nice view, but the hotel was like ‘close down’ after 6 during our visit(maybe cuz it’s not peak season) and no staffs at front desk to help. Need to request late check-in in advance for entering the hotel.

the hotel is nice. there is not many restaurant near the hotel, advance booking for dinner in the restaurant near the hotel is necessary. there is sufficient cooking utensils in the hotel room in case you cant get a table.

The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable. The room is of medium size. There is no sliding door or shower curtain in the bathroom, which makes the bathroom easy to get wet. There is no bottled water supply. There is a coffee machine in the room, a restaurant in the hotel, a free washer and dryer, a parking lot, and cleaning staff. The attitude is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and cleaning staff can speak fluent English.

The hotel rooms in Japan are relatively large. I brought 2 large suitcases to open. The ski equipment rental downstairs in the hotel must be booked in advance, otherwise it will not be available.

If you're planning on skiing in Furano, this is the closest hotel so it's very convenient.

If it's ski season, this must be a very, very, very good ideal place to stay! Opposite the window is the snow track and sports center, and there are even hot air balloons in the morning. There are pots and pans, refrigerators, washing machines, toasters, and coffee machines in the room! The room is big enough and the equipment is very new! And yesterday, the two of us stayed in the entire hotel, and even helped us check in. Before 7 o'clock in the evening, the whole hotel was deserted... But there is no need to worry about safety, there is nothing safer than swiping a card to enter the hotel gate yes~ Although there was a bit of an oolong in the check-in, the overall feeling is very good~ It is much better than staying in a team hotel with a black and white team~ In summer, it is recommended that you choose a room overlooking the entire town of Furano, and in winter, a room facing the snow path is recommended. It is recommended that small partners who travel independently choose.

It is suitable for ski lovers. The cable car ski resort is just across the road. It definitely has advantages. It is definitely worth choosing it in the snow season. In order to see the flower fields, it took too long to go back and forth. I didn't want to be too tired. I barely stayed for one night. It was not worth the price. Although it was a new apartment, the sheets were all gray and dirty. It is not recommended to stay here, look at other homes before making a choice. Expensive, not necessarily good!

The room has an industrial style. If you are a skier, it is the most suitable place to live here because the opposite is the ski resort. In addition, the kitchen in the room is fully equipped, and it is also suitable for those who want to start their own business. But if you come here at normal time, the price is not cost-effective. After one incident, gain one wisdom. Don't make the same mistakes again. No GYM, no hot spring, no self-service breakfast, no waiters and no lobby from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, congratulations if you forget to bring your room card when you go out
