Gabriel and Neil made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Nothing! We had a sick baby upon arrival, and Neil drove us to the hospital which gave us one less thing to worry about during a stressful time. Both managers assisted us with bookings and groceries. The accommodation itself is perfect - enough space, laundry, well appointed kitchen (with dishwasher), and location is top notch. The only thing that could be improved is a self latching hinge on the drying room door, as we came back one day to an open door which puts the gear at risk. That said, the location is incredibly safe and so the risk would be extremely low. Apart from that, every aspect of this accommodation is perfect and sooooo easy for a family with children. The bedding is incredibly comfortable as well. My mother, who is in her 70s, commented also on the bedding. We will definitely be back. Thanks again, Gabriel and Neil :-D

I was very sorry for this even though it was just renovated. The location is right next to Mine ski resort in north Furano. The bus stop from the airport is near. Furano station is a short distance away. We think that cost performance is high. It's been a while since the renovation, so everywhere is beautiful. You can also relax in the bathtub at Toron Onsen and warm your body. The customer service was also polite to pick up and drop off at the ski resort and to eat out for dinner. ”All the staff spoke in a polite manner and greeted me, which left a very good impression.” The rooms have also been remodeled and were beautiful. I chose the ”Japanese-Style Quadruple Room”, which is a Japanese-style room, because it has a large budget and can be used barefoot. There are parts that are unreasonable. Washrooms and showers are in good order. The windows have a double-glazed structure with double glazing and shoji screens, and a roll screen is also attached. There is a ski resort inn. Even in a luxury hotel, the outside glass will not freeze and ruin the view. I was able to enjoy the scenery because I could see the scenery well. The bath is beautiful and relaxing. And yesterday, the two of us stayed in the entire hotel, and even helped us check in. Before 7 o'clock in the evening, the whole hotel was deserted... But there is no need to worry about safety, there is nothing safer than swiping a card to enter the hotel gate yes~ Although there was a bit of an oolong in the check-in, the overall feeling is very good~ It is much better than staying in a team hotel with a black and white team~ In summer, it is recommended that you choose a room overlooking the entire town of Furano, and in winter, a room facing the snow path is recommended. Great service and breakfast. The hotel car park is a distance away. Pretty dark n cold at night. The hotel room is new n spacious. Only concern is after 2 days, the toilet start to smell. If possible, for daily room making , please help clean the toilet.

Service: Youth travel does not need too much service, but the service attitude of the counter staff is very good, after the shift will see people will say hello, this is very good, the introduction is also very serious, will not be perfunctory because it is a foreigner, the service is good overall. Facilities: This time I stayed in a family triple room, there was their own space, the room was unexpectedly large, and there was room to spread out two suitcases (but I don't think it's possible to live for four people), the socket lights, etc. were all adequate, the bathroom had its own exclusive area available, using the room key, No need to rob the tenants in the Datong room, this is superb, the kitchen is on different floors, the kitchen is quite complete, you can make a big meal, the facilities are perfect. Meals: This youth hotel has no meals, so no comments. Overall evaluation: The parking lot is far away, and there are three-person rooms more expensive. In addition, there is no disadvantage. Pros - 1) Convenient location close to many good eateries (Kumagera, Masaya, Sennari etc), a drugmart and a supermarket. 2) Free parking (30 lots). 3) Our room (777 - where they previously filmed a Korean drama) was spacious, clean and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. 4) Service was great even though English is a tad limited. Cons - 1) TV channels are predominantly in Japanese save for BBC and 1 Chinese channel.

Excellent stay, the room was smaller than I expected but there were so many things to do outside the room it didn't bother us. 3 different private onsen and free popsicles. Dinner was Italian pasta at first but when I told the front desk that we don't fancy pasta and can't take it for the 3 dinners included in the stay, one staff kindly agreed to speak to the kitchen and offered us pizza instead. Thank you for her kindness. An earlier staff told us no change was possible and we were quite upset as we didn't expect to be eating Italian when visiting Japan. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the onsen and scenery. The staffs were really kind to consider our feedback.

A quiet place which is walking distance from Nakafurano JR station. Enough parking space for those who drive. Managed to get up early and saw the sunrise. Lovely. There is no restaurant in this inn but they do provide breakfast. There are convenience stores nearby to buy your food. Microwave ovens are provided. You can then choose to eat your meal in the dining space downstairs or upstairs in your rooms. Tomita Farm is straight down the road. If you walk, you take about 25 mins. If you drive, it will be less than 10 mins.
