When I went there at 4:30 in the afternoon, there was no one around and I couldn't check in. I had to wait for half an hour and then contacted Ctrip customer service before I could get in. I don't recommend it. There is a curtain to separate the mixed gender. I was shocked when I left and the housekeeper said I didn't want it anymore. If you don't show up and make a reservation, you won't be refunded any other money.

VERY CHEAP ACCOMMODATION, IT IS A TUNA CAN ROOM WITH A BEDELEVATED LIKE A BUNKER BED WITH A VERY DANGEROUS LATTER WHICH THEY NEVER MENTION!!
JUST TO CHECK-IN WAS AN ORDEAL WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS! MR. NO SERVICE DANIEL ASSUMED THAT I RECEIVED SUCH INSTRUCTIONS ASS-UMED!!

Bienvenue dans l'hôtel du 21eme siècle. Tout est automatisé, il n'y a personne à l'accueil et quand il y a un problème, personne ne répond. Et mon problème est que je n'ai pas reçu l'e-mail contenant les instructions pour le check-in. Par conséquent je n'avais pas le code pour rentrer dans l'hotel et ensuite pour rentrer dans ma chambre. Heureusement un client m'a fait rentrer et j'ai pu passer contacter quelqu'un. Dans l'hotel il y a un numéro WhatsApp mais personne ne m'a répondu. J'ai essayé d'appeler ce même numéro, personne au bout du fil... Il a fallu que je passe par le tchat de ********** pour qu'on puisse régler le problème. Il était 18h30, j'imagine même pas les complications si j'étais arrivé plus tard

Grazie! Soggiorno assolutamente fantastico! Struttura pulita ed accogliente... ci tornerei subito!! Un ostello a 5 stelle, provvisto di ogni confort. Bagno pulitissimo! Unica pecca il letto che cigolava un po’ ma per il resto tutto fantastico! Fussen é stupenda e l’ostello è vicino a tutto.

This place was perfect for our trip! We booked the family room for three adults and three children. Everyone has their own bunk which made for our best nights sleep throughout the whole trip. Entry after hours was a breeze, bathrooms were clean, and we felt safe and secure. In the morning the staff in the Karma cafe were friendly and helpful. I live in Germany now and will 1000% book here again for snow season.
