到店才發現外牆裝修，窗户被覆蓋了網子和薄膜，感覺在悶罐子裏。前台接待還説，這怕什麼，你們晚上回來睡個覺而已，不影響。晚上空調壞了，7度到二十八度都一樣，又因為沒法開窗，潮濕悶熱，前台説，空調沒問題，別的客人都沒反映。第二天早飯，聽到服務員説昨晚很熱，沒法睡，前台服務員説中央空調壞了，這回嘴不硬了。浴缸上方天花板漏一大塊，有師傅來修，敲門我沒聽見，他們就用鑰匙開門進來，衞生間還有我老公在洗澡，沒關門……。嚇得我向經理投訴，經理態度比較好。

家庭房很大很高，床很舒適，空調也管用。就是屋裡的淋浴的熱水忽冷忽熱，洗澡有點費勁。但可以去酒店的淋浴中心免費洗。酒店餐廳的菜做的可以，值得一誇。

四星酒店，房間內，衞生間房頂燈是壞的，排風扇還是浴霸的位置，直接是拆除狀態，黑乎乎的一個破洞，關鍵，樓上還有一根管子接到了衞生間，水滴滴答答，沒完沒了……
