I read the comments before I checked in, and I didn't think this hotel was really good until the actual experience after I checked in. The hotel is located in the center of Yantai Mountain Commercial Walk Street, surrounded by shops for shopping and punching in. But the hotel is very quiet, in addition to tourists, it is also suitable for business trips and exam friends to stay. It is very convenient to travel around and it is also very close to other attractions in Fuzhou. The service is very intimate: the housekeeper will call in advance to ask about the arrival time, there will be service staff to help with luggage, easy to travel ~ After arriving at the hotel, I found that the environment of the front hall and the cafe is also very comfortable and elegant. The green plants in the yard are well maintained, especially like the rain chain in the yard. It is really beautiful when it rains! The front desk lady checked in very quickly, the service attitude was very warm, and the efficiency of the work was very fast. What was needed was immediately sent to the door. The overall service is very intimate. I think I can hit 10 stars. Breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is very good, and many details of welcome fruit, complimentary masks, etc. make me feel that staying in this hotel is the best choice.

The nearest hotel to Yantaishan Commercial Street, the most cost-effective and best service. The price of the same facilities during the Chinese New Year is half cheaper than other homes. The machine room is really the best choice for the Chinese New Year, the room is large and clean, and the mahjong machine is new and easy to use. The mattress is very comfortable and the supplies are clean.

I came across this hotel by chance. It seems to be newly opened? The location is easy to find in Shangxiahang. The decoration of the hotel is very good, clean and beautiful. It is very suitable for staying here occasionally to feel the atmosphere.
Environment: Because it is newly renovated, I feel that the equipment is very new, the room is very spacious, the light is bright, and the atmosphere is good. The most important thing about the bedding is that the hygiene is also very good. The bathroom has enough light, which is suitable for makeup. The girls are a plus! The soundproofing of the room is pretty good and not very noisy. It is a good choice for traveling and business trips👍
Service: They were very patient in answering questions and even upgraded our room type for free. High praise!

What is good/great about this hotel: Location is near small but charming Chating Park (5 minutes walk), and it's convenient to take bus and metro (Chating metro is about 10 minutes walk with rolling suitcase). Many quick-eat places, Luckin Coffee, and mini-market shops near the hotel entrance. Hotel breakfast is fine, with various pastries, good coffee, juice, and congee, plus other Chinese breakfast staples. (NOTE: Some non-Chinese guests may not like the breakfast, as it is not ”Western style”.) Can easily take bus/metro south, across the river to the former foreign concession area, which is interesting and enjoyable. Or, take the bus/metro or walk northwest to see the White Pagoda, 3 Lanes 7 Allys, etc. Hotel has a great bathtub, great shower, excellent hot water and water pressure! Blackout curtains make the room super-dark for late-sleepers. The bedroom is in a separate small room, and has its' own aircon, separate from the rest of the hotel room, so it cooled down very quickly--great on hot, humid summer day in Fuzhou. My room was very, very clean, but it smelled a little of cigarette smoke when I first arrived--I had to open the window for fresh air. Although the front desk staff (I dealt with 3 different people) don't speak English, but they are super-helpful and patient, and will use translation app to communicate well.
What is not so good about this hotel: I booked a ”city view” room, but I got a 3rd floor room with a view of the street and a construction site across the street. No city view. :-( Met some other guests (Chinese) who said they had a very good view on the 8th floor. :-( Also, the entrance is confusing, as the hotel signs don't say Yunrui Hotel Fuzhou Three Lanes, Seven Alleys. However, the address is correct and is clearly marked by the door.

The hotel quite average in total assesment even though room just renovated n clean . The shower tape very hard to turn n I already made feedback to them. This was ok in general stay but one main thing I don't like is hotel don't have proper drop off space to alight at door when ride hailing pick up or drop off. The passage have alot e scooters can be dangerous alright there . So this is safety concern in my view. I don't recommend for elderly people to stay .

Jack Lin and Kris are the very helpful staffs t who helped myself with finding my wallet when it was lost during my transferring the vehicle because i had long journey and the local transportation was somewhat foreign to me in the dark evening. This is incredible to me as a wallet withheld only bills to count a dozen but no ids within, then how should they to reclaim it back is really a credit. In addition the clerks who served at the counter Ms Xu, Zhan, Lin did a lot of helping hands to me are worth to mention in the first place. In addition, what i really want to address is if you are ready an old-school taster can recall still the elegant class of the fine artistic furniture and its amenities of handicrafts this is a suggestion of mine for a coming. A thick carpet paved doorway, a marble finished bathroom, bedroom decorated with carefully designed lighting, of these amenities were those included in all i was served for a night stay. As you can see, from a wallet missing to its return, from a dedication of suite design to the welcoming snacks, and after a long flight journey done i took my newly purchased shoes off and thus i found an immediately medical aids should be required so i asked the possibility for staffs’ service. They can even heal my heel’s hurt. These are all the service they charged no money but really worths travels’ money for the stay. Thus, I appreciated and recommend only to those appreciated the real amenities of classic hotel’s admirers.

The hotel looks better on the pictures than in reality.
We booked a room in the Minguo courtyard to experience the Republic of China extension but instead we were put in a more recent and not charming building.
Hotel staff didn’t speak English so we didn’t try asking for the room in the courtyard that we booked as changing rooms would mean climbing down 4 floors with our luggage and waste time explaining with translator app.
Room was small, enough for a night or if you don’t want to spend time at the hotel.
Mattress was pretty hard. Shower and towels not perfectly clean. One can tell that the towels are quite old.
There was no breakfast and no possibility to add it despite a large room available for it.
There is also space to have tea but no one was working there.
Front part and first 2 courtyards of the hotel look nice.
Staff was polite. Our luggages were carried up.
Location is good in the touristic rebuilt-ancient neighborhood.
Convenient for a night but will not go again.

During the Christmas holiday, we chose to stay at this hotel and reserved the family room, consisting of two interconnected rooms with a connecting door. The bathroom impressed us with its good quality, efficient hot water shower, and the added comfort of a warm toilet seat equipped with a water jet spray. The breakfast offered a traditional Chinese style with dumplings, porridge, fruits, and more. The standout feature of this hotel is its prime location in the heart of the renowned Three Lanes Seven Alleys area, surrounded by numerous traditional shops and cuisines. Although the sound insulation could be improved, as we could hear the voices from the adjacent room, given the hotel's heritage site setting, we understand there are limitations. The hotel staff were attentive, addressing our needs and even assisting with travel arrangements to the airport. Overall, our stay was satisfying.

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.
SShijingxuanDuring my trip to Fuzhou, I had the honor of staying at Sanbao Guesthouse in Sanfang Qixiang. The accommodation experience was beyond my imagination, so I couldn't help but share my praise with you here!
First of all, in terms of hygiene, Sanbao Guesthouse did an excellent job. The room was clean and tidy, and every corner revealed the staff's care and attentiveness. Whether it was the bed or the bathroom, it made people feel the comfort and peace of mind of a five-star hotel.
Secondly, the environment was equally amazing. The guesthouse is located in Sanfang Qixiang, a historical and cultural district in Fuzhou. The surroundings are antique and full of rich cultural heritage. The interior design of the guesthouse also cleverly combines tradition and modernity, retaining the charm of ancient buildings without losing the convenience and comfort of modern life.
Let's talk about the service. The service of Sanbao Guesthouse is really meticulous. From check-in to check-out, every link makes people feel the warmth of home. The staff is warm and friendly, and always meets the needs of guests in a timely manner, which makes people feel very comfortable.
Finally, the facilities are impeccable. The facilities in the room are all available, and they are all very new and easy to use. Whether it is the comfort of the bedding or the quality of the bathroom equipment, people can feel the five-star luxury and enjoyment.
In general, Sanbao Guesthouse in Sanfang Qixiang, Fuzhou is an unimaginable five-star experience. Whether it is hygiene, environment, service or facilities, people are very satisfied. If you also come to Fuzhou for a trip, don't miss this treasured accommodation place! Highly recommended to all friends who pursue high-quality travel!
GGuest UserAfter getting off the train in Fuzhou, I went straight to the hotel. The taxi driver said it was a small hotel, but it had a sense of design from the moment I entered the door. The booth in the room was really comfortable, unlike other hotels that only had one table and chair. You can eat and work on the sofa. The shower room is also very large, and even the towels under your feet are thick and comfortable. The place to put luggage at the entrance of the room, to the sink. Everything is simple but full of small thoughts for the convenience of guests. I had a solid sleep and it was very comfortable. I slept so hard that I woke up and it was past breakfast☺️
AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the Xiaodu smart voice assistant was also very smart. The hotel service staff were very enthusiastic. The guy who picked up the airport and the lady at the front desk were very warm and thoughtful. Breakfast was also given when I checked out early the next morning. If there is any next time Will consider this one if necessary.
PPaopaotang2022The hotel room is clean and comfortable, the service is warm, the children's park is out, there is a forest park nearby, there are many green plants around, the environment is beautiful, it is very convenient to go to Sanfang Qixiang, and I will stay in Fuzhou next time.
RRedmounDisappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs
We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came...
The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth.
The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall.
We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located.
We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price.
The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax.
No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available.
Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food.
Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there.
Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience.
Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings
AAnonymous UserHotel receptionist very helpful to change room due to my son sensitive to smoke smell. Location is the best. Walking distance to many point of interest. Forgot to take photos inside the hotel. Will stay again if have chance.
SStefanus RyanThe hotel is very spacious with very complete and comfortable facilities. Apart from that, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Fuzhou Airport and vice versa. Very suitable for travelers who want to transit here.
