Although this hotel looks modest from the outside and it's common corridor carpets are really beaten up, the establishment is a real find. Ifs fair price and location in Central old Fuzhou - between Wushan and the Alleys and Lanes, and just below Yushan were unbeatable.
The local humid climate does require management to prop open suite windows to air out rooms because most are quite compact. (Uncomfortable in January). Still, they are big enough, and the hotel's location and very friendly, helpful staff far outweigh any drawbacks. I'd stay again.

The service was very good and helped with delayed check-out. The hotel breakfast was very rich. The hotel is very close to Lin Zexu's residence in Sanfang Qixiang and Bing Xin's former residence, Tongli meat swallows and Yonghe fish balls, which are very convenient for tasting and playing. The room was given fruit and a small gift before leaving. It is really recommended

Recommended by a friend, the experience is great, the front desk service is very considerate, I feel very careful, I will answer any questions without being impatient, the store kindly explained the room type, helped me upgrade to a room with an outside window, because I didn't pay attention when booking, the upgraded room space is not very large, but there is a window so I don't feel stuffy, the room is a smart toilet and Xiao Ai classmate bath towels and bathrobes, there are individually packaged toiletries, which are also very good, relatively speaking, the hotels next to it should be a better one, there are many free things that the hotel can provide, there is a special laundry room, you can wash clothes, or you can ask the front desk to help wash, the breakfast is not booked, and then I bought another breakfast. The breakfast is very special, it is a local delicacy, noodles and flat meat, but there is one thing to say, that is, their restaurant is relatively small, it is not very rich, but it can also be full, because I have to take the high-speed rail, so the room also helped me delay for an hour, all kinds of details made me very satisfied with my stay, there are a lot of mineral water and biscuits at the elevator entrance, and there are afternoon tea and fruit in the afternoon viewing area. It feels very good to experience so many services at this price, and I am doubting whether they can make money

The hotel service better than any 5 star hotel. Staff from lobby to cleaner are very polite, professional and helpful. Location near subway nanmentou exit D3 and walking distance @ three lanes & 7 alley (Sanfang Qixiang) There is a tea room, fitness area, book room and loundry area on the second floor of the hotel. Every day there are mineral water, milk,
coffee, tea and cookies in the hotel room. Staying 8 days at meixi hotel nanmentou is very comfortable. Hoping the hotel will need to fixed a policy on the usage of the laundry machine in the future to avoid misused of hotel facilities by inconsiderate people in the future. I will choose meixi next time, I come to Fuzhou.

The location is good, just outside Nanmendou subway station, and a few hundred meters away from Sanfang Qixiang.
It's only a few subway stops to get to and from Hanggushan
The hotel is clean, and the hot water comes out quickly when showering, but the water pressure is a bit low during peak hours.

The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room type. The room was very large. The only drawback was that the exterior wall was recently renovated and the room window could not be opened, so there was no view.
There was self-service laundry, but there was no small refrigerator in the room, so there was no place to put the snacks I bought when I traveled. The handheld shower for rain was not designed reasonably. Overall, it was very good, close to the subway station and Sanfang Qixiang, very convenient!

A very pleasant surprise hotel, right in the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, integrated. It is very suitable for people who are interested in Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture and celebrity residences to stay for a few days. You don't have to run around and go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired.
In addition, the hotel is really quiet. Unlike the hotels in the scenic area, which are relatively noisy, this is absolutely quiet in the bustling, very quiet. Deep walls and large courtyards.
The service staff is very enthusiastic. Manager Huang's check-in guidance is particularly wonderful, and there are many small handicraft projects. It was raining heavily when we left. The service staff braved the heavy rain to send our luggage directly to the special car without us getting off.
Breakfast is delivered to the room, and the variety is very rich. Although it is a vegetarian meal, it is definitely delicious. There is afternoon tea when you check in, and there is sweet soup in the evening. Minibar is free.

What is good/great about this hotel: Location is near small but charming Chating Park (5 minutes walk), and it's convenient to take bus and metro (Chating metro is about 10 minutes walk with rolling suitcase). Many quick-eat places, Luckin Coffee, and mini-market shops near the hotel entrance. Hotel breakfast is fine, with various pastries, good coffee, juice, and congee, plus other Chinese breakfast staples. (NOTE: Some non-Chinese guests may not like the breakfast, as it is not ”Western style”.) Can easily take bus/metro south, across the river to the former foreign concession area, which is interesting and enjoyable. Or, take the bus/metro or walk northwest to see the White Pagoda, 3 Lanes 7 Allys, etc. Hotel has a great bathtub, great shower, excellent hot water and water pressure! Blackout curtains make the room super-dark for late-sleepers. The bedroom is in a separate small room, and has its' own aircon, separate from the rest of the hotel room, so it cooled down very quickly--great on hot, humid summer day in Fuzhou. My room was very, very clean, but it smelled a little of cigarette smoke when I first arrived--I had to open the window for fresh air. Although the front desk staff (I dealt with 3 different people) don't speak English, but they are super-helpful and patient, and will use translation app to communicate well.
What is not so good about this hotel: I booked a ”city view” room, but I got a 3rd floor room with a view of the street and a construction site across the street. No city view. :-( Met some other guests (Chinese) who said they had a very good view on the 8th floor. :-( Also, the entrance is confusing, as the hotel signs don't say Yunrui Hotel Fuzhou Three Lanes, Seven Alleys. However, the address is correct and is clearly marked by the door.

Perfect
DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.
GGuest UserThe upgraded business king room is quite spacious and clean, with separate wet and dry bathrooms and an easy-to-use smart toilet. The breakfast is simple but filling, and I like the Fuzhou fish balls with fine noodles. You can add some lard and coriander for seasoning. The location is worth praising for choosing the hotel. It is very convenient to travel. It is very close to Metro Line 1 and Line 4. It is only a 10-minute walk from Daming Road Food Street and Sanfang Qixiang. It is good to go to the window outside Juchunyuan to buy things and go to Lao Fuzhou to eat. I missed the lunch market at the nearby Antai Building, but the glutinous rice cakes and taro cakes I brought back are worth praising.
GGuest UserExtremely clean hotel (cleaner and higher standards than Australia) with all the modern amenities. We had buffet breakfast every day with a mixture of fresh cooked noodles, western and Asian food. A great mix of food which everyone can enjoy. The hotel provides endless premium tea and always on offer for complementary and easily to take on the go. The staff are so kind, attentive, happy and willing to help with anything, even with my mandarin being very poor they were able to efficiently communicate with me. They even called my parents a free premium taxi. The bed was very comfortable with a great selection of pillow. I loved the pillows and slept well every night! Gym is good. The cleaners are very friendly and love to have a chat, they give you new amenities every day. Very central, lots of shops around and right next to a beautiful massive park. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. I can’t speak highly enough regarding the front desk staff. I encourage everyone to stay, and this is a very welcoming hotel for westerns also. Thank you for having me and my parents. We will be back very soon, I miss this hotel already and the amazing staff.
GGuest UserDownstairs is a restaurant street and a night market. Opposite is the South Railway Station. There is a KFC downstairs. The room is large and very clean. It is fun to watch movies on the projector. It is a good place to stay on a business trip.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the Xiaodu smart voice assistant was also very smart. The hotel service staff were very enthusiastic. The guy who picked up the airport and the lady at the front desk were very warm and thoughtful. Breakfast was also given when I checked out early the next morning. If there is any next time Will consider this one if necessary.
PPaopaotang2022The hotel room is clean and comfortable, the service is warm, the children's park is out, there is a forest park nearby, there are many green plants around, the environment is beautiful, it is very convenient to go to Sanfang Qixiang, and I will stay in Fuzhou next time.
RRedmounDisappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs
We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came...
The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth.
The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall.
We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located.
We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price.
The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax.
No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available.
Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food.
Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there.
Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience.
Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings
AAnonymous UserHotel receptionist very helpful to change room due to my son sensitive to smoke smell. Location is the best. Walking distance to many point of interest. Forgot to take photos inside the hotel. Will stay again if have chance.
SStefanus RyanThe hotel is very spacious with very complete and comfortable facilities. Apart from that, the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Fuzhou Airport and vice versa. Very suitable for travelers who want to transit here.
