這家酒店性價比高，一百來塊錢讓我住到了五星級酒店的感覺.主要是出門玩，交通還很便利.附近有就很多吃的玩得打卡地.

This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the attitude of the boss and the apartment customer service is very good. 👍 There is also a big supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

There is a porter at the entrance of the hotel to help with luggage. When checking in, the porter No. 25 was warm and thoughtful, helping to upgrade the room type for free and giving a small gift. The room is clean and comfortable with complete facilities. I tried the gym for free, and the fitness equipment is very complete, which is worth a try. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the transportation is convenient. There is a subway next to it, which is very convenient. Such service is very good during holidays.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by staff, and Patryk at the front desk. His attentiveness and warmth made check-in a breeze and set a welcoming tone for the entire stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast spread offered each morning, providing a perfect start to each day of my visit.

The price/performance ratio is quite high, travel is convenient, the subway station is very close, there are many delicious foods and convenience stores around, and takeaways can be delivered directly to the door of the room. Recommended.

What a pleasant stay and such a delightful difference from the big hotel chains. A warm welcome by friendly staff to what I imagine a traditional homestead would look like, but with well renovated modern conveniences fused with traditional elements. Excellent location for sightseeing, a step away from the Bund, river tour and a short ride to the Three Lanes Seven Streets area. As a traditional homestead if you're looking for bacon and eggs breakfast not her but the dumplings, fishballs and pastries were great. This is the kind of place I will be looking to stay at in China whenever possible.

What is good/great about this hotel: Location is near small but charming Chating Park (5 minutes walk), and it's convenient to take bus and metro (Chating metro is about 10 minutes walk with rolling suitcase). Many quick-eat places, Luckin Coffee, and mini-market shops near the hotel entrance. Hotel breakfast is fine, with various pastries, good coffee, juice, and congee, plus other Chinese breakfast staples. (NOTE: Some non-Chinese guests may not like the breakfast, as it is not ”Western style”.) Can easily take bus/metro south, across the river to the former foreign concession area, which is interesting and enjoyable. Or, take the bus/metro or walk northwest to see the White Pagoda, 3 Lanes 7 Allys, etc. Hotel has a great bathtub, great shower, excellent hot water and water pressure! Blackout curtains make the room super-dark for late-sleepers. The bedroom is in a separate small room, and has its' own aircon, separate from the rest of the hotel room, so it cooled down very quickly--great on hot, humid summer day in Fuzhou. My room was very, very clean, but it smelled a little of cigarette smoke when I first arrived--I had to open the window for fresh air. Although the front desk staff (I dealt with 3 different people) don't speak English, but they are super-helpful and patient, and will use translation app to communicate well. What is not so good about this hotel: I booked a ”city view” room, but I got a 3rd floor room with a view of the street and a construction site across the street. No city view. :-( Met some other guests (Chinese) who said they had a very good view on the 8th floor. :-( Also, the entrance is confusing, as the hotel signs don't say Yunrui Hotel Fuzhou Three Lanes, Seven Alleys. However, the address is correct and is clearly marked by the door.

No drop off point in front of hotel so getting on and off a cab (especially with luggages) can be challenging when traffic is busy. Loft is spacious and clean while A/C works well and shower has ample hot water. Note that bathrooms are enclosed with part frosted glass and part clear glass which might not be suitable for some traveller types.

房間設施都挺齊全的，酒店內設施洗衣房、早餐廳、健身房也都有，住店期間的安全性私隱性都能得到保障，上電梯需要刷房卡。酒店環境還是挺不錯的安靜好睡。前台接待很熱情，需要幫助都能及時處理，非常不錯，還有免費的地下停車場 停車方便
