Hard to communicate as the owner could not understand simple english. We were lucky enough a Chinese expat working in Singapore helped us to call the owner to fetch us from the airport. The hotel provides free airport pick up & drop off but the driver drove recklessly like he was in a race even though we have 3 kids with us. Straight up rude and irresponsible. Bathroom was dirty. Urine stain spotted on toilet seat. Shower drain clogged while using. Used towel left in bathroom. Paid for 5 pax but only 2 towels provided.. We checked out early for drop off but had to wait for another 2 Chinese passengers and my husband and I along with our 3 children were forced to sit at the back of the MPV cramped with our backpack. Legit bias and favouritism. We were on our overnight transit in Fuzhou from Japan to Kuala Lumpur and the impression given by the host was a turn-off. Please be fair to all of your customers regardless of race, religion or ethnicity. Prior to booking, i have read all the comments in review which was okay but i guess we don’t deserved equal treatment since we could not speak his language.
