They give extras like shaver, hair spray, packet ginger tea, body cream , sanitary pad upon request. There’s free tea break snacks at the lobby and laundry washing room with ironing facilities. But the room has poor sound insulation so you can hear ppl talking in the room and corridor.

It's only a three minute walk from the train station, behind a food court on the station square. Free snacks and water are available in addition to an amazing breakfast! The room is clean and tidy, and there's a supermarket on the first floor of the building.
