之所以會選擇如家的這家店，主要原因還是前一晚住店帶來的糟糕的體驗，同樣是如家，直線距離1公里，差距怎麼會這麼大..如家達明美食街店整體設施可以打8分，因為我們是一天天定的房間，前台服務員還連着兩天給我們升級了景觀大床房，服務可以打9.5分，作為一家商旅快捷酒店中規中矩，而且離美食街咫尺之遙，希望下次可以再次選擇它！

房間雖然小了一點，隔音也不太好，有客人會在公共空間聊天，而且不太注意音量
但是好在飯店地點離美食街很近、很方便
希望客人要自律

地理位置很好 在很市中心 酒店房間很好 床很大睡得很舒服 但是外賣衹能點到樓下要自己下去拿 走廊沒有空調很悶 服務很好

每次來福州都喜歡住這裏，去三坊七巷很方便，附近美食非常多！前台服務態度很好，衞生也不錯，離地鐵站也很近
