Great location within the city with the addition of the two small lakes and perimeter boardwalks. Lots of beauty on the walls. Breakfast is expansive and covers a small western offering including coffee. Salad items as well as Fresh fruit and cooked vegetables. Mix individual noodles, dumplings, mushrooms, veggies to create your own flavoured hot breakfast. Pastries and sweeter items for those who need the hit!😁 Good compact gym for the keen plus a laundry with washing machines and dryer. Full laundry service available or partial, you choose. We stayed twice, with a trip out of Fuzhou mid-week, both rooms were quiet and serene, large comfy bed, crisp sheets and a couple of pillow types to choose from. (You can buy crisp new bedding and pillows to take home from the lobby, if desired). I liked the operability of the windows that allows fresh air to enter and refresh the rooms plus closes tight to exclude outside noises for a tranquil sleep. It even has a robot that delivers your take-out (online orders) to your door, including beer ( if you order it😁) plus delivered a bottle opener to open the beer 👍👍 Good service and staff very friendly. Will return next visit.

I enjoyed my stay at Atour greatly. There was a warm welcome from the moment I arrived in the form of a welcome smile and a hot cup of tea. The little wheeled-robots that walk around and call themselves 'xaio peng you' are sweet. The thing that matter to me when staying in a hotel is the level of peace and quiet that can be obtained. Levels of both of these were great at this hotel primarily because of the build-quality of the building; no over-hearing the person in the room next door at this hotel. Staff are also non-intrusive and allow you to rest in their quest to keep the hotel clean. I will be using this hotel again when in Fuzhou next. Thanks.

The hotel is well-located, within walking distance to the main historical and tourist attractions. The room we booked was clean, spacious and with river/canal view. The road in front of the hotel is a one-way road, so when hailing for a taxi we usually need to cross the road to wait for it, but it is not a busy road. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with both local specialties and western style choices on offer. The hotel also has a good self-service laundary unit on the 6th floor.

The hotel is very close to Wushan Mountain, about 2.8 kilometers away from Sanfang Qixiang, and can be reached by bicycle. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic in service.

The overall feeling of this stay is satisfactory. From the front desk, room hygiene, restaurant service... the staff have good quality. Let's talk about what is worth praising first. Tea is served when checking in, and a small gift of specialty is given when checking out. The room hygiene is also qualified, and the aunt is very active in cleaning and adding. No foreign objects are found in the bedding in the room. The toiletries are all in large bottles and cannot be unscrewed (don't worry about strange additives). The restaurant is open from 7:00-10:30, and it is also very active to add things. The aunt at the Laohua stall is always busy, but her attitude is very good. You can also provide packaging service, which is good news for travelers! There are also porridge and side dishes from 21:30 to 23:00 in the evening. In addition to self-service, there are also staff to help in the laundry room. Fuzhou is really too humid (sweating a lot on sunny days, and rain is very sudden), so the demand for washing and drying is really great (I have never changed clothes so frequently during the trip). In addition, I think there are areas that can be improved, for reference only. 1. The hardware of the room: The hair dryer is really a bit old, the noise is very loud, and the hair is frizzy after blowing. The bathroom door is not smooth, and I am afraid of creaking at night. The shower room drains slowly. 2. Software service: Twin rooms can be put together (the middle bedside table is not fixed), so the website can provide relevant services, which is also a highlight (now there are many families with two children, even if there is only one child, the 1.2-meter bed is also very scary to sleep). If it can be prepared in advance, it will be convenient for travelers, and the corners can be cleaned well, and it will also avoid noise or damage to objects caused by travelers moving by themselves. The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is in a prime location, close to Wushan Park, and Sanfang Qixiang can also be reached on foot. It is convenient and not noisy. The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The front desk also introduced us to nearby breakfast delicacies. Fuzhou is a place of outstanding people and beautiful surroundings.
