前台小黃辦理入住時貼心的介紹我們入住時可以使用的權益，很熱情周到，還幫忙延遲退房，酒店20層有健身房、游泳池，工作人員服務也很熱情，在房間就能看到閩江的江景，景色優美舒適，附近有個地鐵4號線鳳凰池站，距離福州站也很近，總之出行很方便，酒店還提供停車位地上地下兩個停車場，位置也充足停車很方便，游泳池很乾凈，交通便捷，房間內有落地窗窗外景色很好，房間內設施設備是齊全。

酒店附近環境不錯，空氣很清新，這兩天天氣很好，很適合在對面的沙灘公園沿江散步，頂樓的泳池視野很好，水温也很舒適，前台小鄭服務很熱情貼心，整體體驗感超棒！
