避雷！從來沒住過這麼差的民宿，隨手摸到都是灰塵，地毯，角落，沙發，床到處都有臟兮兮的異物，蟑螂，昆蟲毫無環境可言，搞的衞生估計就是鋪一下床單就完了，服務更是差，沒有前台就算了值班人員也沒有，隔天不打掃衞生也是第一次見，毛巾牙刷紙巾就那一天的量住多少天都衹有這一點 ，第一次來福州這體驗十分差，假期升價也算了，服務衞生一點都沒有，誰住誰倒黴

老闆服務很好，住得也舒服。但是整理房間的阿姨真的要説一下，我花錢續時到下午16點整。15點35分左右就已經來敲門催促了，莫名其妙，她就一直坐在外面樓道口等着，我離開的時候跟她説可以進房間打掃了，她一臉不高興的用本地話還是什麼方言一直嘟喃，想想都知道八九不離十是難聽的話。剛開始也沒在意，現在越想越莫名其妙，花了錢續時，還沒到時間你急什麼？什麼酒店規定退房時間沒到就可以提前進房打掃？是我耽誤你下班了？那你把續時費退給我唄，真的是奇了怪了

這家民宿太棒啦！位置絕佳，周邊景色宜人，出行超方便。房間佈置温馨精緻，設施齊全又乾淨。老闆熱情好客，服務周到貼心。在這裏住得無比舒適，就像在家一樣，強烈推薦！

很差的體驗，隔音差，當時是去上課，結果凌晨三四點閣樓上就有人下樓開門進門，吵得不行，煙味還很重，衞生也很差，設施還很陳舊。老闆態度還非常差，想調幢樓，換個房間，和同學們結伴也方便，明明沒人預訂，就是不給換。同樣一百多，杭州維也納不知比這好幾倍，再也不會住這鬼地方。

老闆很好還給升房了，衞生也是蠻乾淨的佈局也不錯主要晚上外面夜景很好看樓下的吃的也很多，總的來説性價比高噢

房間衞生很差：枕頭髮黑，床單被套也是一股臭味，房間也很臭，洗手池很臟，窗户上到處是灰塵。這種房東隔空遙控的住宿，應該每天就是阿姨來收個垃圾就走了吧，第一次來福州，住宿趕我們大成都可差遠了。
