是一個雙層户型，整體比較大，一樓是客餐廳廚房和一個衞生間（不能洗浴，有洗漱台和洗衣機） 二樓三間房，每間房都能看到江景。二樓兩個衞生間，一個在主卧，一個公共衞生間，下水都有點慢，洗澡衞生間裏面都容易積水，導致衞生間有點滑。老闆人非常好，主動聯繫，回覆很快，有一條小孩浴巾忘記拿了，老闆還幫忙寄回來了。
