Good!

I booked this hotel on the recommendation of a good friend. I arrived and I was pleasantly greeted by the experienced and professional personnel, from the concierge to the front desk. I stayed for 4 nights and I must say I enjoyed all. It was a great pleasure after a heavy day to go to the swimming pool and spend a relaxing swim. The meal at the restaurant was good. The breakfast excellent. I only hope that more people occupy the surrounding areas.

The front desk service was amazing. Breakfast wash good but the room service was pathetic. Calls from the room for dinner went unanswered and hubby had to order food online from a convenience store!!!

The service is really terrible. I called twice to have ice cubes delivered to the room. They promised to wait for a while, but they didn't deliver it after waiting for a whole night. The hotel called me at 12 pm to urge me to check out. I told her that it would be delayed by 2 pm and told me that it would be delayed until 1:30 pm! !
