衞生：看着很衞生，酒店大氣，房間也很大，都很整潔，讓人感覺住的絕對安心。
環境：是市中心的花園酒店，早晨漫步在園區，心情非常舒暢

酒店緊鄰西湖，有一個通往西湖棧道的門。雖然酒店不是很新，但是挺乾淨，服務人員也熱情，管家小魏會詢問入住體驗，並幫忙延遲退房 。酒店離三坊七巷也不遠，住在這裏還是很方便的。
