Contact less checking. For foreigners use phone to search in wechat and connect with owner. Beautiful syrrounding. Spacious apartment. Amazing views. Comfortable bed and fantastic aircon. Service 5 stars. Convenient location. Will stay again.

After staying in a stuffy and dirty hotel room our first night we ended finding this gem and booked for 2 nights. On our second night we found out there is a Shake Shack in MixC mall which was a blessing. Also, we love that they gave disposable towels. Would book again when visiting Fuzhou.

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights stay. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. Bedsheets used were white in colour like normal hotels. Towels were disposable type. Overseas guests be warned that you need to get in touch with the rooms owner. Luckily for us we had Wechat. Our air transfer driver did assisted us by calling the owner on his phone. That was because your room number and at which floor with the door security key numbers as well as the room door code would be send to you. Secondly, once you gained entrance to your apartment unit, you needed to go up a flight of stairs (troublesome with luggage). Each apartment unit, the owner had converted to either 2 or 3 individual rooms. Location was near a lot of eateries and we even managed to have supper around midnight at one of the eateries inside the apartment complex. Also there were a number of convenience stores that opened till late or even 24 hours. There was a metro station within 15 minutes walk. One added bonus was that there was a washing machine inside the room Concluding, the owner should have sent the doors security codes to us via Trip.com to avoid the hustle in checking in

The single room is quite clean. The transportation is convenient. The food downstairs is very delicious, and the breakfast downstairs is also delicious. It would be better if the room door has a safety lock.

The location is very good, and all kinds of food are available. The most important thing is that the young lady is humorous and very warm and easy-going. We overslept because many hotels will keep urging us to check out until the time. The young lady said that she would never let us sleep at ease. Urgent. Will come often in the future.

Bath towels need to be dried after being washed once. The toilet and bathroom are connected together. They are small but have everything they need. Then there are cockroaches in the room. I’m drunk. Why are there cockroaches in the loft in Fuzhou?

It would be better if it comes with disposable slippers, the environment is good, and it is convenient to eat. It would be even more perfect if the mineral water comes with a brand name (Ibao, Baisuishan).

The bed is OK, but the room is a duplex, so it's a little inconvenient to carry large luggage upstairs. The service is very good.
