The customer service from the airport to hotel was outstanding. I really like the female driver from Hilton. Her demeanor was great her English was better and we got to hotel around 10:45 pm. The room and hospitality was great. I will come back in December

The hotel is located in the core business district, with a superior geographical location. The front desk checked in quickly, and this time we also enjoyed the extended check-out service. We were satisfied

Very good hotel

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp white bedsheets . The breakfast and lunch buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The staff, chief Rubia, Mr. Sets, Pako, Faith, Imran,Jonathan, Ms. Lebo, Baoga, Stacy were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and conference. We had a great Diaspora event that was hosted at the Hilton hotel Botswana and Chef Rubia went ahead to prepare Kenyan Authentic Cuisine for everyone. The only thing the Hotel could greatly improve on is lighting at the Pool area for outside events.

This comfortable Hilton could be anywhere in the US if I didn’t know it was in Botswana. Very on brand, clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection, comfortable beds. Stayed here twice and would again. Easy walk to Square Mart and other shops and restaurants.

First visit to Botswana and the hotel staff made me feel at home. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The location great. Close to several nice eateries and shopping. Taxis easy to get. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. I will visit again!

The best stay feels at home away from home. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is to your own taste, and we pick whatever we want to eat without anyone complaining about it.

From airport entry experience to the hotel check-in and stay, it was obvious that the culture here in Botswana was one that offered extreme hospitality to visitors. My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Gaborone was a testament to that as the staff provided world-class, super friendly care and support. The room, restaurant and business meeting halls were very clean with staff who are poised to help you all the way. A staff walked me to the entrance to describe directions, another wrote out on a paper, places I could tour etc. Dont miss to stay here when you visit

Always homely, great location, quiet environment, plenty parking, friendly stuff, a wide range of meals, functional internet services, great conferencing rooms, this is an ideal place to be, whether you are going on business or for leisure.

In the heart of CBD, close to BITC and Riverwalk Mall. Great road infrastructure to get around the city and out of the city close to the airport. Perfect location!

I booked a week for business and really regretted it. No one answers room service, reception is clueless, the carpets are dirty and the gym needs maintanance. Only advice I could give you go to the Marriot, I will be next time.
