MY WIFE'S INTERACTIONS:
I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! It started with Quadruple overcharges & attitudes. And what made it worst is that the agent (Bridget) had the gall to tell me that she didn’t like my attitude (upset) & hung up the phone on me twice, & the third time didn’t even answer the phone. I went down to the front desk where Bridget was with the manager, Shauna. Bridget proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to check out, go ahead (which no one had mentioned). Basically, trying to throw me out because they had made these horrific errors & messed up my bank account, but wanted me to say, oh well do what you want with my money. At this point, Bridget had to get out of my face, standing there still trying to argue with me, so the manager finally told her to go to the back. On the phone with my bank rep (Caprese), the manager of the hotel (Shauna), and I, we finally got the first 2 transactions straight from 5/22/24.
Upon leaving Friday, 5/24/24, they messed things up again, and also have the 2 pending transactions still showing (which I didn’t notice until getting back to my hometown). There was a total of 9 transactions for the same amount, and there should have only been one. They tried to blame the first day on a new employee error, but seems like there’s a major problem at this hotel, and it’s not just the new person. With this experience, my supposedly 3-day vacation, turned out to be a complete travesty. Honestly, they should refund me my money!
