B&B Civico 115

Nous ne sommes meme pas entre dans le batiment. L immeuble ne correspond pas a la photo sur le site ( une photo pour illustrer) Malgré une demande de remboursement aupres du site, aucun remboursement ne nous a ete accordé....meme pas un code promo pour une autre reservation. Tres decevant.....

Very helpful, friendly and nice girl. She also gave us a lot of advice about the area, since we were not from the area. Very clean and well-equipped place, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom. I definitely recommend it for one or more nights. Congratulations indeed

La struttura si presenta in ottimo stato. La stanza era grande e pulita con tutti i confort ( aria condizionata, TV, asciugamani puliti, phon, ecc.). Inoltre avevamo un balcone con affaccio su strada, dove c'era un tavolino e le sedute, ottima anche come postazione fumatore. La colazione ben assortita dal dolce al salato e tutto squisito. Ottimo anche per chi necessita di parcheggio privato, ma la zona è tranquilla quindi anche in strada è possibile posteggiare l'auto o moto. Il beb è localizzato bene per chi come noi ha visitato, Taormina, Etna e Gole dell'Alcantara. Per me e il mio compagno l'esperienza è stata positivista.

The property is in a good position to visit the main nearby cities such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos etc. Good cleaning. The breakfast was neither abundant nor varied. What was negative is the management. We arrived and the mother of the owner of the property had assigned us a parking space (very narrow) in the courtyard and on the first day we parked although not with little difficulty. The second day we returned around midnight and found the space occupied. At that point I called the owner who was not present in the property to tell her about the inconvenience because we had found the space occupied and she replied that there was no assignment of the parking space while her mother had told me the opposite. She told me to park behind other cars as best as possible. According to her, the principle that whoever arrived first chose the space was valid, but this did not happen on our day of arrival since there were no cars present in the courtyard and the mother made us park in a narrow space so much so that I had to get out of the car from the passenger side because it was impossible from the driver's side. So if the rule that whoever arrives first was valid chose the place because it was not valid on our day of arrival? After going up we wanted to take a shower and we noticed that the water was cold. Since we came from a day at the beach I preferred to take a cold shower rather than not take it. After having done it I decided to report this problem to the owner and magically after a few minutes it returned warm. Perhaps they had turned off the boiler for reasons of electricity consumption. The room also faced the road and there was a lot of noise from both cars and people. Furthermore, the same room was attached to the breakfast room and in the morning you could hear all the chatter of the guests present in it. In my opinion the structure needs to be better organized.

This B&B was a nice surprise. It is located in a very quiet area and very well connected to Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, and Etna. We stayed in the Leo room, and as soon as we entered it made an excellent impression on us. Very large room, with large and comfortable beds. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was also very large, and obviously it was always cleaned every day. It was the first time I used local towels, I didn't smell the unpleasant odor that often occurs. The breakfast was very good and varied, every day there was a type of dessert prepared by Mrs. Nuccia (the fantastic apple pie). Mrs. Nuccia and her daughter Valeria were always kind and helpful, in the morning at breakfast it was pleasant to chat. Too bad we only stayed 3 nights. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos.

We couldn't have asked for better. In addition to the impeccable cleanliness and central location of the B&B, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Valeria was very kind in recommending places to visit during our stay, and was exceptional in making us feel at home. The parking in the courtyard was perfect and the attention our dog received. I highly recommend it!

Arrived in the evening and welcomed in the best way, central location of Gaggi a few km from Giardini Naxos. Very helpful owner, clean and welcoming rooms with breakfast included. Highly recommended... if you are in the area a good place to stop..
