Приезжаю в "Амран" не первый раз. Всё великолепно и номера, и еда, и расположение, и обслуживание. Но больше всего впечитляет СПА. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность косметологу Диане, за профессиональную работу! Я в восторге от результатов моих процедур у этого косметолога! Она проявила мастерство и профессионализм, чтобы помочь моей коже выглядеть настолько здоровой и молодой, что я почувствовала себя на 10 лет моложе. Большое спасибо за такую потрясающую работу!

Отдыхали семьей 4 человека с 01 по 11 сентября. Ни разу не пожалели, что выбрали именно этот отель. Мы жили на 4 этаже. Снимали два двухместных номера. Проживание комфортное. Нас заселили сразу по приезду, раньше на 4 часа, чем оговаривалось, что весьма приятно. В номере есть все самое необходимое, хотя я на всякий случай брала с собой фен, полотенца. Гладильная доска, утюг, сушилка на балконе, сейф, телевизор, кондиционер, маленький холодильник, телевизор, чайник, кружки, фен, гель, шампунь, полотенца, в том числе комплект, который можно брать на море. Уборка номеров каждый день, чистота идеальная, замена белья и полотенец каждые три дня. В отеле работал аниматор в отдельно оборудованной комнате и проводил с детьми занятия, можно было смотреть мультики. Питание нам понравилось, очень разнообразное и очень вкусное, за что хочется сказать отдельное СПАСИБО команде поваров. Фрукты, вино были каждый день. Два вида супов, несколько видов салатов, разнообразные гарниры и мясные блюда из курицы, говядины, свинины. Каждый день вкусные десерты и свежесваренный кофе. Официанты вежливые, общительные. Питание по системе шведский стол, все замечательно. Бассейн с подогревом, подсветкой и гидромассажем во дворе отеля в окружении пальм и мандариновых деревьев. Очень чистая вода, комфортная по глубине. Мы плавали в нем чаще, чем на море. Спасибо всей команде отеля Амран за прекрасный отдых и незабываемые впечатления.

Не удалось побывать , но и слава Богу видимо. Название бизнес ...только название . В силу обстоятельств связанных с ситуацией по службе , отказались от августовской брони !!!! 26.06.24 ! Сегодня 4.07 , возврата денег нет !, ВЧЕРА великий бизнесмен дал обязательство в течении дня вернуть 50 % . День прошёл, обещания не выполнены . Этому горю предпринимателю, видимо , чужды требования Законов " защите прав потребителей " и сроки возврата денег при отмене брони . Не известно ему и в каких случаях взыскивается неустойка и штраф. А работать он хочет с гражданами РФ и пополнять за счёт них свой карман. Печальный опыт общения с частным бизнесом ! 180 т стоит 10 дней . При полной загруженности Отеля вернуть 91 сложная не разрешаемая проблема. Особенно лицу имеющему частный бизнес. Установили сроки для возврата до 21 раб дня ! Не зная видимо что за пользование чужими деньгами в бизнесе РФ тоже надо платить ! Не приезжайте в этот Отель , жадность порок , с которым надо бороться пустыми номерами !,

The room has everything you need: hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, safe, TV with a large number of channels and excellent quality, there are enough sockets in the room, I liked that the bathroom has a basin for laundry, a clothes dryer, a corkscrew, an ashtray, a minimal set dishes, tea with sugar. In the hallway there is a cooler and an iron. board. Good breakfasts with champagne, the range of dishes even changed daily, delicious pastries. The cleaning is high quality every day, the staff is very friendly, everyone is always the first to say hello. An excellent heated pool, the hotel also offers excursions, there are extras. services at the hotel - cedar barrel, for example, and others, everything is described in detail on their website. In the off-season, they only turn off the electricity (they don’t turn it off in the summer) 2 times a day for 2 hours (from 10 to 12 and from midnight to 2 a.m.), but at the same time wi-fi worked in the rooms, there were no problems with water and there was light in common corridors. We traveled without problems by taxi (downloaded the A-taxi app), to Abaata, for example, the cost was 260 rubles. (4 km from the hotel), it took us 1000 to get back to the border. About the end of the season in Abkhazia - 90% of cafes and shops are closed. Next to the hotel there is a pleasant cafe "Calypso" with a view of the sea, large portions and delicious homemade wine. Near the hotel there are small grocery stores, pharmacies, shops with souvenirs, fruits, adjika, etc. On the street Abazgaa, next to the Orchid Hotel, there is a two-story Minimarket, in this store you can find everything.
