I came up to Gainesville to visit family and received a recommendation to stay at the AC Hotel it was very nice I didn’t realize I would have to use valet because parking was extremely expensive but the valets were very kind we were in and out constantly and they didn’t bat an eye the lady’s at the front desk were also very kind.

The Hotel valet was amazing!! I’m leaving this review specifically because they asked me too but I’m happy to do so, they greeted me enthusiastically took my bags offered waters and recommended good places In town to eat. the hotel staff was also very friendly, they had a beautiful rooftop pool although I didn’t get to it because the weather was so bad but I will definitely be returning!!

hotel could definitely use some better parking options but valet was great. staff was extremely friendly and welcoming the rooms were very nice and the bar looked amazing, although i didn’t get to sit down and enjoy a drink this time i look forward to it when i return.

I recently visited the Ac downtown I usually stay at the Hampton, I am so happy I went with the Ac. Service was amazing valet took care of me, they quickly cleaned out my vehicle of all of its trash, took my bags and just hotel staff in general took care of me the entire time i was there!

Stayed at the AC in Gainesville recently for a work trip. Everyone was so kind from the valet staff to check in and housekeeping. I will be sure to stay here again if given the opportunity for work or personal visits. Thank you for a good experience.

Everything is great but the a/c is sooooooo loud in the rooms. And it never stops. Will come back but bring a white noise machine.
