There is free breakfast with rich varieties. The environment is very good and the service is very good. But it was a bit cold in the hotel room.

Like a resort hotel, with beautiful environment and spacious parking lot. 15-20 minutes drive from the city center. There are no facilities around, so you need a car to move around.
The room is relatively spacious, but the bathroom is relatively cramped.
The breakfast is rich, and there are dedicated people (two beauties) making all kinds of omelettes. It's like watching a show which is very interesting.

Let me get the negative out of the way; my room is clean however, towels are dingy, and they need to do better by replacing and furniture or torn curtains.
I really like the staff, they have been very kind and friendly every time I have stayed there. The location is perfect to me, not a lot of traffic noise. Oh, and the omelets make my morning!!

Our Florida Federation of Music Clubs state convention was held here June 27-29. Service in all areas from the pre-planning the the actual days of hosting has be outstanding! I especially want to thank Tisha, Liz, Alana who took care of many logistical moving parts. The Breakfast Bar was one of the best ever! Tina, Jose and Lily were ready for early morning risers at 6am. Array of breakfast choices was excellent including make-to-order omletts. All areas of the hotel were clean and comfortable. While our convention was going on - a huge "batch" of young softball teams were also staying at the hotel. Hotel is also very family friendly!

The cleanliness of the room was poor. The microwave had food stuck on the turn table, there was food splattered on the inside as well. The Kureg had coffee grounds at the top of it as if the kcup broke open. The countertops were filthy, the toilet had long brown hair hanging from the seat. The room air smelled stale. There were questionable things on the wall throughout, looked like dry buggers. surfaces very dusty. I went to Walgreens nearby and picked up wipes, gloves and Microban 24 to clean the room. I was only there for 1 night luckily so I cleaned it up. It was cleaner when I left than when I checked in.

Pool area was nice, the hot tub seemed to be in working condition and enjoyed by other guests.

The hotel lobby was very inviting. The breakfast staff especially Lily and Tina went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with our breakfast. The cheese grits were scrumptious. The made to order omelet was a nice addition that made our stay even more special. This hotel is a beautiful oasis for a weary traveler.

Arrived around 8:00 pm and there were people waiting at the front desk for various things, nobody was there to attend them. The person who did come out, had somewhat of an attitude because nobody saw the sign that read, Ring the bell for service.
I was attended by someone else at check-in and it was very pleasant. I did get incorrect instructions to my room, but not a problem because there are signs, obviously, that labeled where rooms are.
The hotel was very busy when we arrived but room was quiet, peaceful and clean.
