Very clean and modern hotel. Love the white marble tiles floor and modern clean room. But the breakfast is bad, very few choices and only one worker ! So foods are left I replenished all the time, I had to wait like an hour just for a refill of something! Was so bad breakfast experience! They shouldn’t let the foods run out out!!!

Warm welcome on arrival from Jacob . Room (325 ) was well appointed . Clean ,tidy with ample ammenities. Nice pool . No traffic noise from nearby road so expected a great nights sleep however the air con although not noisy on normal running made a load clanking sound every time it restarted . This led to a disturbed nights sleep and in turn led to me missing breakfast as I “ slept in “ . Did try to use the centre fan ( so I could turn AC off ) but the remote didn’t work ??? Reported my disappointment to staff on departure who said they’d inform maintenance . Thought a s gesture of recompense may have been appropriate . Would I stop here again . Most definitely . Except for the sleep issue ( which is probably a most important reason for overnighting) everything was great .

Too many damaged items in room. Bathroom door that was coming off of hinges and unable to close. Roaches in the bathroom. Bed had a large dip in the middle, making it difficult to sleep.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, todo está súper cerca, restaurantes, supermercado, gasolinera, carretera y lo mejor el estacionamiento ahí mismo súper fácil ! La persona que atiende la cafetería en el desayuno es una bella persona y el personal en general muy agradable y atento. Todo luce muy bien, los cuartos amplios. El café con cremas, muy bueno por cierto que está a disposición en la cafetería y ese detalle me encantó . Y lo mejor fue que pagué la mitad de lo que suelo pagar… realmente superó mis expectativas! Muchísimas gracias⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😍

Staff us friendly and they tried to accommodate our request by changing room due yo bad smell. Cleaning supplies and possibly vinegar are used for cleaning which we could not stand. Not coming back because of the bad smell ww has in the two rooms we tried. Also washrooms are old

Pool stays open until 10pm which means for us, if you have a room near that, don't plan on sleeping until then. Kids are loud! Nice rooms, we've been there twice and like it for safety, value, cleanliness. Has decent water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Good lighting in bathroom, lots of pillows. The beds are extremely high off the floor and noisy when you move, yet comfortable. Very friendly staff.
