The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The location is very close to downtown but up a hill so very very quiet. The food is good, EXCEPT the mutton biryani. Don't order the Mutton Biryani it was just tough fatty meat that you couldn't chew unless you want to feel like you're chewing on an old piece of gum.

We travelled with a tour ( mercury holidays) group stopping here for two nights. Buffet style food was tasty and enjoyed by all. Rooms spacious with large bathrooms, tea/ coffee/ water . Our air conditioning unit was not very efficient but it wasn’t too hot. Staff friendly, drinks reasonable price( as we found in most places) service is sometimes slow but always with a smile. If you have dietary needs you’ll need to check ahead - not too many labels- it’s fairly obvious if it’s vegetarian, not so obvious for vegan. Tea and coffee is usually served with hot milk.

We stayed a glorious night with Nalaka at Dazzling units, after returning from our Sri Lankan tour with Dazzling Tours The unit is spotlessly clean with all amenities . Such warm hospitality. The location is next to the river and much quieter than the city. I recommend staying at Dazzlings apartments uf you want to avoid the business of downtown Kandy.

The location is excellent, opposite the Temple of the Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake, diagonally opposite the City Center, supermarket, KFC, and many small shops around. The room is slightly outdated, but the overall retro style is also full of colonial features. There are two choices of English and local food for breakfast. It can be full and the price is not expensive. The room rate is generally average, and the price is moderate.

The environment is much better than in Kandy. Going through a bumpy road. It's very gray. Sometimes it's blocked. The hotel was nice to check in early when we checked in that day. As the brother of the Tutu bus in Colombo was too enthusiastic to help us buy a seven-point train ticket, the next morning at breakfast, Ms. Checkin came over to say one of the reservations. To make up the difference. I think the hotel in Sri Lanka is curious that the price for one and two people is different. Later, the difference was more expensive than Ctrip. I still feel uncomfortable. She did n’t say when she checked in. Breakfast was okay. I ’m not quite used to the buffet here. The fried egg brother opened my stack of fried eggs by hand. The fruits are all papaya and watermelon. They are not very rich. The floor-to-ceiling window of the restaurant was not like that when I booked. There are three glass pieces in the middle. Bedding was more comfortable. Kandy was dirty and messy overall. I did n’t think I would come back, and the room had a balcony.

Hunas Falls provides an astonishing setting of sprawling gardens with walkways, flowers and a lake with a bridge to cross it, a waterfall, upper waterfall and a mini golf course all constitute a most beautiful background. Happy to meet a long time friend Mr. Ranil Delgoda, who is maintaining the property in a prime condition. Very spacious room and the balcony with all the amenities, beautiful garden in the front, the valley mountains of in the background, lake and the forest onto the right, tea plantation plantation in the left. Just behind the room was the ten foot deep swimming pool, right behind the pool it's the Hunasgiriya mountain covered with mist and the road leading towards it. Restaurant overlooking the lake with a beautiful view, and the food is excellent. Something remarkable is the human touch, very friendly and courteous staff, starting from the front office Mr. Tuan, Ms. Nilmini, Ms. Sathsara, Ms. Himasha, Mr. Raja and Mr. Gunawardhanana, this is in addition to AGM & Head Naturalist Mr. Buwaneka Pathirana. It was a pleasure to meet the staff of well managed resurgent Mr. Hemantha - Restaurant and Bar, Mr. Wasantha - F & B, Mr. Dhananjaya, Ms. Disna, Ms. Minu, Mr. Chaminda, Mr. Sajeewa - Chef and his staff, Mr. Sidath, Mr. Satheesh, Mr. Ovindu, Messers Indika, Ashan and Charith in the Bar, also a big appreciation goes to the staff who are maintaining the huge beautiful garden in prime condition. Once again a big thanks to the GM, Mr. Ranil Delgoda for all the support rendered to us during our stay, as always.

Kangti is a mountain city, and the houses are basically built on the mountain. This hotel is actually like a resort, by the river, there are no attractions and no residents next to it. The river is flowing rapidly, the flowers are fragrant, and the sound is quite lively. At night, the hotel is dark and dark, and find a small supermarket to buy something at least three kilometers away. The accommodation building seems to be three or four floors. There is a small swimming pool in the garden. Sitting on the balcony, the eyes are full of green mountain and garden views. Come out early in the morning and take a mobile phone to take a photo of 20 different flowers! The fly in the ointment is that the facilities in the room are old.

Because it was only a small break in Kandy, it was set up a hotel closer to the train station. When I checked in, I was told that I was registered as a person. Two people had to receive another 12 knives. It felt a bit pitted. I was particularly nervous about the hotel after a long time, because only one person's information was filled. Breakfast is not bad, 5 knives and one person, personal feeling is not cheap.
