Service, room size and appearance as well as cleanliness and staff friendliness all 100% and beyond. However, the sauna/spa area are on a “paid for” basis, not included for the clients of the hotel.

A lovely time was had indeed. Friendly staff and great food. A small boutique Hotel which meant we were not fighting over Buffet style breakfast which made for a very relaxing start to the day. The owner is a delightful chap who has created a great environment to stay. The Rose wine went down a treat as did the spa. We are coming back in October :)

It is a nice, elegant hotel. However, wheelchair accessibility at the bathroom is compromised by the bathroom layout, the toilet is in front of the sink making it difficult to use it without hitting it while using the sink. The bathtub is very tall making it an adventure to use it. The restaurant handicapped accessible restroom is used as storage area.

Friendly Kind and polite staff for the most part. Excellent Bar and friendly bar staff. Welcoming and engaging owners. Beautifully decorated throughout. More thorough housekeeping necessary. Nice food. Jacuzzi freezing. Spa was immaculate.

Hot spot Great new hotel with nice rooms. During winter the heating is on full force and not able to adjust down more than a couple of degrees. Expect to sleep in 23-25 degrees. It can be solved by sleeping with an open window (which stops the heating in your room), but then expect the neighbourhood dogs to keep you awake through the night. The restaurant is quite good, but red wine by the glass is served too warm and probably 2 days too old.

A nice surprise The hotel is amazing. It's clear that is a new hotel but besides the fact that the rooms are big, clean the furniture is new, the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that is like 25 minutes of walking from the city center but you can have an uber
