We always book this hotel when visiting Gallatin. The Hilton Garden Inn is new, clean, nice pool, great 'hangout' areas, etc. But the reason we return again and again is the staff. On this trip, Kaydie at the desk really stood out for great customer service. Then when I had some Hilton Diamond points questions after my stay, the AGM Kathryn Flynn went out of her way to answer my questions and make sure I had the benefits I'd enquired about. Really pleased with the entire team, and property, at the Hilton Garden Inn Gallatin. We will be back! :)

Try our best to always stay at a Hilton property and this was a good experience! Not great, but very good. Overall property is great from check in to the room! Negative experiences: Lose television during storms and then breakfast. Breakfast offering was fine, every stay we have had at previous properties was excellent and we were allowed to use our "gold credit" to use for breakfast. This time we were not allowed, told that when booking rooms we chose points over this option. Rooms were booked as part of a conference - we did not have a choice, however I find it hard to believe that credits would not have been chosen as we try to make conferences affordable Had we known we were paying for our breakfast every morning, we would have went elsewhere for more variety. DISSAPOINTED to say the least.

Je déteste cet hotel, à chaque fois que je dois appeler pour les réservations de mes collègues, ils me mettent en attente trés longtemps pour me raccrocher au nez- c'est impossible d'avoir querlqu'un de professionnel pour répondre à nos problèmes! Il n'y a aucun service, j'espère qu'avec ce commentaire, quelqu'un va enfin daigner me contacter par email

This hotel was nice; the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable except for the pillows. They were flat. There was no way to fluff them up. The toilet was the height of a child's. It should be taller. Other than these two inconveniences, the stay was good. The people there were nice and friendly.

Depending on the year I'm either a gold or diamond Hilton honors member. I travel a lot and have shown Hilton excellent loyalty over the years. I needed to cancel a reservation at this location with still 2 days notice (the policy was 5 days) and they had less than zero interest in trying to help me out. Absolutely NO consideration for loyalty and bad attitudes to go along w/ it. Hilton main line reservations confirmed that the hotel front desk could make the exception as I've had other Hilton locations make for me in the past, yet they didn't even consider it. I'd choose any hotel in Gallatin over this one in the future based on an awful GM and support staff. Don't give them your business, because it means nothing to them.

The room was comfortable. The service was great when it came to cleaning the room, breakfast and the front desk service. Only thing that I asked for and could not get was a clock for the room! The room price was not bad by itself but add in all the state and city stuff it gets a bit pricy.

Friendly staff, very clean, great front desk team, manager Brock was awesome. Great servers, Jessica, Brittany, Sheryl and Deb. I will be returning to this hotel. Was here for a wedding, they treated us like family.
