Мы с семьей прожили в доме 2 месяца. Бассейн и сад хороший, но дом не пригоден для проживания. У меня есть видео, где с дождь с крыши капает вода прямо на кровать. Хозяин обещал починить крышу, но так и не сделал этого. По всему дому плесень и грязь. Хозяин Саман даже не потрудился сделать уборку в доме перед нашим заселением и мы заказывали клининг за свой счет. На кухне отваливаются дверцы, все проржавело. В ванной не налажена горячая вода, есть только 1 проточный водонагреватель на первом этаже, а спальных в доме 3. Кроме того, за 2 месяца нашего проживания, хозяин даже не смог решить проблему с вывозом мусора. Мы также заказывали вывоз мусора за свой счет. Сам по себе хозяин Саман однажды приехал без предупреждения, открыл своим ключом заднюю дверь и зашел в дом. Это ужасная семья и ужасный владелец Саман, который еще к тому же и ненавидит своих соотечественников шри-ланкийцев. Не селитесь в эту виллу, она не пригодна для проживания!

We lived there in September 2024 and a little in October. The photo of the villa does not correspond to reality. I will attach real photos. The owner of the villa said that we need to give a deposit of 400 thousand LKR to fix the leaky roof, repair the kitchen and make hot water. I transferred 200 thousand LKR to him, but the work did not start! The owner of the villa Saman Wasalage works in the kitchen in Switzerland, came to Sri Lanka and met with us. Again he promised to do everything, but deceived. Also, during his visit, he began to remove dirty things from the room (a closed warehouse behind the kitchen) and the next day bedbugs and ticks got into the house! I told him about this and sent photos and videos, he said these are my problems. We left after 2 days for another house and now there are no bedbugs and ticks here! The owner of the villa refused to return the deposit. Now there is a statement to the police and then the court and a letter to the employer and the embassy (Switzerland). don't mess with them!
