Excellent location and nearby public parking if not full.
Nice view in the rooms with a view.
Building with character.
Rather limited breakfast choice, fruit juice made of powders, ants in the bathroom and not enough tablets there, and not enough storage facilities and cupboards in the bedroom.
Reception is very helpful.

Beside being overpriced like all the facitlities with some little availability during high season and last minute bookings, I must say staff was nice and truly helpful, mostly a nice lady at reception.
Rooms are so so, more like a 2/3 stars hotel, pool is nice and a big plus but in puglia in summer…missing a little gym it is a pity, breakfast just basic (and in italy u cannot expect basic about food) again like maybe a 3 stars. To be nice.

On the night we checked in, we decided to dine in the hotel restauran because it started to rain. Within 10 minutes from sitting down, the rain entered thru the roof and the floor flooded. After 40 minutes of getting drenched we were moved inside. The food took forever to arrive and our friends were served after we finished eating. The food was of poor quality. We were not offered any compensation for getting wet from the rain, the poor quality of food or late service. When we walked to the elevator we found out it stopped working because of the rain. I am handicapped, I walk with a crutch, we had to climb 2 and a half stories. When we entered our room we found it flooded with some of our belongings, those on the floor, soaked. The receptionist came to clear the water, this took about 30-40 minutes (there was no other room available). We asked to speak with the manager/owner, we were told he is busy, he is also the cook of the restaurant. In the morning we insisted to meet the manager/owner who didn't apologize, shouted at us and said that these things happen and it's a force of nature, force majeure. He was angry, didn't want to listen and very unsympathetic. After going back and forth for quite some time, the owner gave each couple 40 euro compensation for the restaurant "experiennce", flooded room and the elevator being out of order. My worst hotel experience!

Room with a view
Excellent location and easy parking nearby. No AC in the room but the breeze from the sea minimized the heat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the next door restaurant with the same name was very good. Overall it was a good stay. Very

Posto molto bello e curato , personale attento ad ogni esigenza , e cibo di alta qualità , pesce fresco , fantastici i primi , tornerò sicuramente, molto romantico anche per le coppie , situato nello splendido centro di Gallipoli , consigliatissimo !!!!

A localizao excelente. haviamos feito reserva pelo booking analisando as fotos e as avaliacoes, ao chegarmos a recepcionista nos perguntou se quwriamos upgraide do quarto, como era apenas uma noite dissemos que nao. Ela nos colocou em um apartamento sem ventilacao e luz natural, fomos ligar o ar era aquecedor. Apos reclamacao ela nos trocou de apartamento colocando-nos em um com luz e ventilacao.

Esperienza molto negativa. Hotel da 2 stelle. Aria condizionata non funzionante, tv non funzionante, bagno datatissimo e piccolo, armadio largo 50cm a dir tanto, apriamo la finestra e abbiamo la vista sul cortile chiuso con le macchine dell’aria condizionata. Cibo scarso soprattutto la colazione (zero scelta). Unica nota positiva i letti molto comodi. Purtroppo non lo consiglio.
