Very satisfied with stay in this beautiful historic hotel on Eyre Square about a 5 minute walk to train station. Room, service and breakfast were all good. Convenient location to most attractions.

Our stay at the Hardiman hotel in Galway was delightful. The hotel’s location cannot be beat, the rooms were extremely nice and clean, and the morning breakfast started our day off wonderfully. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as was the valet parking staff that we utilized daily. Our only complaint was the temperature of our rooms was significantly higher than the temperature outside. While the fan in the closet was helpful, because we were unable to open the window wide enough, cool air could not get inside well and we were constantly warm. If there is any way for the hotel to address this in the summer months I am sure it would be appreciated by other guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and should we return to Galway we would certainly come back.

It would have been helpful to clearly mention the lack of air conditioning in the room. The room was exceedingly warm even with use of provided fan. Open windows allowed for street noise to awaken me throughout the night. While I understand that Galway's warm periods are brief and the building is historical, it's difficult to justify the use of the term 'luxury' in marketing when AC is not a standard feature in all rooms. Aside from this, the rest of the room met the expectations for an urban center accommodation.

Very nice hotel with a perfect location to explore Galway. We loved that the hotel kept the old charm and yet had modern features.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hardiman. Beautiful rooms and views of the city. Special thanks to the women at reception to organised a bottle of champagne to be brought up to the room to celebrate our engagement.

An old hotel and a bit dated, but location is superb and staff are fantastic! We chose to do valet parking, which was well worth the money.
Breakfast is included and is a great buffet…but you can also order items from a menu at no additional charge.
For me, food was great, I slept really well,staff were awesome, and location is fantastic. All I could hope for!!!

We had been here last year and had such a great experience we booked it again. our room wasn't ready when we arrived(we were early). In the meantime we walk Quay St. When we went back to the hotel our room was ready and our luggage was already in our room waiting for us. Also we found the food to be topnotch.
