Hotel Queen Star

I will review 100% HONESTLY as follows: 1. Cleanliness The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty, there were cockroaches, the cupboard was dusty, the sheets were dusty 2. Facilities The AC isn't cold enough, it's just a breeze, the pillows are really thin and need to be replaced, the toilet seat doesn't work, the TV is off (certain rooms), the towels for bathing are dirty (not white anymore), there's no drinking water either, the doormat is dirty, the light in the upstairs room only 1 is not bright enough. Dirty, dusty stairs The point is, it's an old school hotel that isn't well maintained. 3. Service The staff was not friendly, when they were invited to chat, they were given input that wasn't listened to, instead they ran away, they weren't informed about free breakfast when they checked in. It should have been explained, instead the customer was the one talking. The parking area is quite spacious (+) Basically, it's not a RECOMMENDATION for those of you who want to stay, it's better to look for a hotel or other accommodation rather than regret it.
