It is a very decent place and the stay was comfortable, food taste was good and the price were also reasonable. The staff were very humble and were nice. The property is well maintained and has good garden. Only drawbacks are there is no lift, mosquitoes on the evening and its minimum 15kms away from any tourist attractions

They need to improve a lot. I understand they are very new. Their current staff try to cope up and manage. The food gets delayed because of shortage, it's on the slightly higher spice side which everyone may not be able to have. Breakfast buffet is above average. Mosquitoes are a huge problem here and needs to be corrected as the guests should not have to keep complaining about it. Lastly, number of service people should be increased. If possible the way from hampi should also be corrected on google maps as its really bad.
