The location was good. The hotel was impressive. However, the rooms were a little tight. The worse thing was the air-conditioning which didn't work. Don't know if the temperature is all centrally set or what?Other than that, (the air-conditioning issue) it was a very nice stay. The staff were very good. Some of them spoke English perfectly, which is fantastic. They were also very helpful, which we appreciated.

Beautiful hotel with awesome view from the balcony !

Location for viewing the ocean is fantastic. We stayed 2 nights in the room with ocean view and lake view. Make sure to ask if corner room is available. The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very courteous and prompt with requests. The view alone deserves 5 stars at this hotel. I would definitely be visiting here again.

It’s correct but it’s not really the service for a 4 starts hotel. Quality of the room is very average. The swimming pool and the view are good.

It was a good experience overall but the hotel is a little expensive compared to the amenities they provided. Well, the food was amazing.

Looking at the snow-covered sandy beach from the room of the "East Sea" oceanview was a very beautiful experience. I'll revisit. Thank you.

overall experience was decent, the location is the best part about this hotel. it was fairly crowded even on a weekday. the check in process was fine and the room quality overall was decent. the room and bathroom felt like it could need a deep cleaning. there is a infinity pool on the 20th floor and it was worthwhile, but they charge you an extra fee of ₩30,000 (masks mandatory). the breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, the majority of the food felt like it was low grade, and service was menial. the most disappointing part was the late night snack i chose to order from the BHC chicken place on the first floor. its crispy but there was literally so little meat, i was just eating the fried skin.. maybe because i went near closing time they gave me a bad batch, but overall super disappointing for the over marked price. there is also a small convenience store that stay open till 12am.

It's right in front of Gyeongpo Beach. Parking lot, guest room lobby, convenience store employees Everything was good I come to Gangneung often and I think I'll make a reservation again next time. Clean and ocean view....really the best👍

The hotel is located in a beautiful location: on one side there is a lake, on the other there is a sea. The beach is excellent, there are many restaurants nearby, the room is ordinary, small. The swimming pool is paid, 30,000 won per person, a little expensive.

The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was clean too! However, it was disappointing that the air conditioner was a little weak... Still, I intend to visit again!

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, the sound of the waves and the clean, cool sea view are fantastic.

I stayed for one night and it was nice to be given a room with a great view. If this hotel is available in other areas, I will make a reservation first.
