The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing. The hotel provides an atmosphere of tranquility. I really liked the amenities. The staff was really kind and willing to attend to any request. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would prefer to stay again the next time we visit gangtok.

one of the best hotels in the city by far.the ambience was marvellous and the view from the room was amazing😍…wow! all the facilities were even better than expected.the experience was worth every single penny and more. just amazing!😍 the whole vibe out there during our visit was authentic.the cuisines offered in the restaurant were mouth watering.🤤great service, well trained staff…all are very polite and helpful and would definitely visit again. thank you indra mandala hotel!🙏

The rooms are nicely done, a hygienic washroom with hot water availability. The restaurant serves nepalese, ******* and italian cuisine which is mouthwatering and 5 stars to the chef. Special mention for the staff, it was an experience i would want to come back to and would recommend viewers also to experience india mandala

Very nice staff. Hotel manager atanu, reception people ashish and sunita were very nice. Restaurant folks siddhanth and others were very nice. Service was very good. Restaurant food was very good quality.

Positives - beautiful hotel, new place, lovely hospitality, wood fired pizzas negatives - skimpy american breakfast ( still can be ignored because of their overall friendliness ), really far from gangtok market / city - takes 400-500 rupees more to get a cab from market to hotel. Overall a 4. 8/5

Flawless hotel with impeccable service and food. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all of your requests. The food and beverage is top notch. ******* and Newari cuisine at the restaurant Lasha Newar is delish! the highlight was the handmade wood fire pizza. Thanks to Chef Tshewang and his team. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone visiting Gangtok. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit a wonderful experience.
