Wrost experience with hotel.... service was very poor....you cant order any food ,they denied for any snacks, beakfast was simple like poha and puri sabji only, they denied for any service which was already discussed,dont book this hotel

Please don't even think to go to this hotel. It's just 3 hours I checked in and writing this review. Lift doesn't work, front office guy don't know anything, wifi does not work since I checked in his answer is switch off my mobile and switch on, call the restaurant only French fries available for starters since restaurant is busy with dinner prep. Pipe inside bathroom leaks, room has not been renovated for years. Overall BIG NO to this hotel. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. STAFF BEHAVES AS TO WHT DID U CALL US.

Peaceful ambience Food was nice and the lady receptionist named Priya i guess was very friendly and charming. She was very helpful too. Parking area was provided by the hotel. Nice location and nice people

We checked in to the hotel as per given timing. By then only one room was ready. So we asked them to get another ready after lunch we will come. We come around 6pm , they gave the rooms keys we saw room wasn't arranged, cigarette and alcohol smell was in the room. See pictures. They are so unprofessional and unapologetic , hotel staff simply said this things happens we are full now. After escalating to the hotel manager they arranged another bad room with no air circulation and damp. Entirehotel was dirty!! Lobby, lift, sofa, bed sheet, bathrooms everything was dirty and needs basic cleaning and dusting. They need a lot of improvement in order to remain in business. Food was okay. I would highly recommend not to waist your hard earned money in this hotel. Picture was you see here are simply deceptive. Actual rooms are horrific! Save your money!!

Good basic no frills hotel. Excellent food for the cost. Not luxurious but since we had full day tours and were only looking for a clean place to stay this seemed adequate. Pros: Staff is friendly, cooperative and eager to help. They had planned a good birthday surprise upon request by travel agent. Wife fell ill due to long drive from Bagdogra but the restaurant staff (especially stewardess Preeti) took good care and provided hot water which we appreciated. Suggestions for improvement: The rooms and sheets are clean. However, there is bit of cobweb, mould and faded paint in some parts of the room. Someone checking in at night may find it dingy due to low lighting. We would come here again for the good hospitality and delicious food.
