Great hotel situated in a peaceful location about 20 minutes walk downhill/ 5 minutes cab from MG Road area. Options for mountain view rooms with balcony for calming views. The staff are really attentive and welcoming. Has a pool and outdoor dining area. On the minus side … bathroom shower curtains need a good clean and towels + bed sheets could also be cleaner

Amenities available for name sake. Power was cut for 2 hrs at night. No proper room service. No mineral water for drinking. Basically an average hotel with amateur service staff.

My stay in this hotel has been one of the best memories in Gangtok and Sikkim as it has all in all facilities and amenities the room was near and clean and the spa was refreshing and nice . Overall I recommend this hotel to all traveling to Gangtok

During my stay at Tempo heritage resort & spa gangtok we had a very pleasant stay right from view of the room , amenities ,facilities like swimming pool , gym tempo fitness center , spa and sauna it's a hidden gem of a property in Gangtok Restaurant food and dinning was very tasty with local touch . Compliments to the chef infact I would recommend to every one who would like to stay in gangtok and plan a package from the hotel itself and plus point it's just 1km from mg marg walkable and taxi available easily , orchid flower show and king's palace is just 200 meters away from the hotel .

We had a very pleasant stay in Tempo Heritage Resort , the view from the room of the mountain was awesome and the food which we had ordered for dinner was very tasty .chowmein and chicken item was cooked to perfection. Thank you for the entire trip 🙏

Tempo heritage hotel made our stay and local sightseeing possible and had arranged everything . Food was great and the views from the room was awesome , would definitely recommend people traveling to Gangtok for a nice stay plus point they have gym spa and swimming pool in the hotel . Location was having great view. We styled there for 3 nights and were booked for 2 family rooms by our travel partner. The rooms given by them were chill cold with wall damped, floor not so cleaned. We had to take room heaters at extra cost They say this is three star property but were out of room slippers, Dental kits. No shampoo provided They were also out of bread on one of the day for breakfast. Service from staff was also poor. When gave feedback to front desk they said can’t do anything and have to speak with Owner. Plus point- They had Gym, and Carom board

We visited with family and everyone enjoyed. The staff was cooperative and facilities were excellent.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Waking up to the mountains was a memorable experience.
