Location was fine. The room was not what we had expected it to be. The intercom did not work and in-spite of repeated complaints nothing was done about it. The room could be more hygienic with proper ventilation in the washroom. The staffs were very warm and friendly.

It's quite a good experience staying over there at samrat residency in gangtok. The staff of the hotel having good behaviour. They put there best efforts for the guest. Good housekeeping. Thank you. That's all what i can express its a good environment to enjoy one's leisure time
