Overall excellent and satisfying experience with the Summit chain of hotels. Scenic location with courteous staff in all the three properties, we stayed in a week viz Gangtok, Pelling and Darjiling. Food choice on all the days was excellent, be it buffet or room service.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind, including all the front office and restaurants. I would like to thank you all. The hotel is located in a very nice location very easy to find. It was a pleasure to view outside of the window.

Very good hospitality and good response from the entire team. Decent breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the candle light dinner experience with my wife. Good scenery around the hotel. Very kind team happy to be here for 2 nights. Thanks to MMT for arranging this resort.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was very cooperative. We had book premier mountain view room. It was rainy we didnt get to see kunchunjanga but still the view was beautiful with floating clouds.Would like to visit it again for sure...

The hotel is conveniently located near the main market and has cozy rooms with good views. The standout feature is its staff who were extremely kind and helpful to us in arranging cabs for local sightseeing as well as stays for visit to other towns. They constantly guided us about the weather conditions in the area (considering the erratic rains) and advised us on the best ways to make the most of our time in Gangtok. The buffet food was tasty and varied as well. All around, a great stay with the sweetest bunch of people especially, Ana, Mandhoj and Mandisha! Thank you and can't wait to be back again.

The stay was really nice with good food (chicken sausages and chhole bhature were the best). Junior suite had amazing view of the valley and was really spacious. The staff was extremely hospitable, specially Mandisha at the reception who helped us with special requests. All in all it’s a good property to stay at, with 15 mins walk to the MG Marg.

The views are awesome from ever corner of the resort .., where ever u go views follows you☺️ and the best part is duplex villa rooms its like next level the service staff is very polite and responsive and the breakfast is one which have almost all cuisines
