The room was well maintained and washroom was too hygienic..Food quality was top notch..Service was also very nice..They were always on the line whenever we needed some help..The staffs especially Mashal was very very cooperative..They organised the birthday party very well and to be honest more than our expectation..They too fulfill our demands without any hesitation..Totally worth it coming here..We will keep visiting

I have asked to arrange one Birthday Dinner for my guest on 18th to Sanyal Da. He has them handed over this responsibility to Mr Mashal.. I was excellently helped by Mr Mashal to make it a memorable evening for our guest. 10/10 Regards Sadanand

Thank you for hosting Beautiful Candel Light Dinner. Speacial Thanks to Mashal for arranging everything as per our choice . Food Was delicious Ambience is Silent , Peace and Cenematic Balcony View is best .. It's one of best experiences I had during my stay

Room service and every staff is cooperative and humble. I will give everyone suggestion it is perfect place to book. check for television bcz of there recharge otherwise their staff and everything is good and perfect and cooperative.

Great stay at Sinclairs.. good food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Karan was very helpful, and the rest of the staff there too! The view from the rooms is especially beautiful. The food was also fantastic. We had a great time. Hoping to come back again.

Rooms are nicely done there is a very nice hill station view from the room, very peaceful, staffs are very polite and hardworking. They welcome the guest in traditional dress with a lovely welcome drinks they called it ammpan something,it was very refreshing, I had much fun in swimming pool and the beverage out there was on top.

Great Fun.. Special thanks to Mr. Sanyal, Ms.Bijayeta and Mr. Rahul. Kudos to them making my trip special. We would like to thank you for making every minute in the hotel worth staying. North Indian was worth ordering but then disappointment was local and Chinese cuisine either it was not available or not upto the mark. They gave 30% discount on liquor which was worth drinking. Great view from the room. Preferred higher floors. Thank you.

I have visited Sinclairs with my family. Everything was up to the mark starting from rooms to service and food too. My baby enjoy playing with Sita and sujata I would like to thank them for taking fo much of care.. rooms was big with a great view. Staffs are very polite and humble.i will definitely come again with my family.

Sinclair Gangtok is one of the best property in Gangtok, All staff and managers are very humble. Excellent service and hospitality. Manager Bijayeta is amazing at welcoming and did express check in. General Manager Mr. Sanayal was so well behaved and always ready to help. Travel desk manager Rahul was very phenomenal with all the local information be it travel itinerary or local restaurant he was always helpful. I will come back again. Thanks Team Sinclair Gangtok.

Room Rates are 16000/- +18% GST we stayed for 2 nights , staff called this as a 3 Star Property but no FAN , AC , No such amenities like 3 Star , Food Portion is too low for 3 person & price is too much high , Staff are co-operative , but Management has cheated us this much I can say

We had a group conference as well as we have some rooms. Rooms are spacious with wonderful view. Our guest was really happy with the service given by restaurant team Amir and his team. Special thanks to Mr Sanyal and ms bijayeta and Rahul. They were always there for us inspite of rush schedule in hotel. Lakpa was also there for our guest service. Thank you team Gangtok. Excellent stay at SINCLAIRS Gangtok. Really enjoyed. Excellent food Excellent people. Very friendly staff. Food spread was good at the breakfast. Lakpa, satya,nima were par Excellent at room cleaning rahul, bijayeta and om sanyal were the best people. Always helped us.
