The view is very beautiful and the maintenance of the room is awesome and all the staff are very friendly and they are very good,they all are very handsome and cute. I had a fantastic experience during my stay. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional khada, and although we had booked a standard room, we were upgraded to a deluxe room. The room was spacious and impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly Miss Ritu and Mr. Dorjee, whom I would like to thank for their excellent service. The food was both delicious and healthy, and the rooftop restaurant offered a mesmerizing night view. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. If you’re planning a visit to Gangtok, I highly recommend this place.

Mr. Pasang Sherpa organized a customized tour for us as per our requirements. He didn't charge for any advance money which usually the Tour Organizers generally do and Pasang Ji treated me as his brother. The tour of Sikkim was amazing and went as per plan. Thanks Pasang Ji for arranging such a smooth tour for us. I will recommend Mr. Pasang Sherpa to anyone whom I come across who is visiting Sikkim.

t was my 4th time in this hotel.last 3 years was fantastic,but now this time it was a really really bad experiance.horrible management,pathetic service.food was too bad.this hotel was my first choice in gangtok.may b it i m not going to visit this hotel anymore.
