It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

The breakfast and dinner was outstanding and the hostess Reshma was exceptional at her job! Her warmth and smile complemented an otherwise extensive and delicious buffet. The apple jalebi was a stand out and my compliments to the chef for the same !

Classiest luxury in the lap of nature at its best. The staff is excellent and Special thanks to Front officer manager Bhakti and Ojaswi from house keeping !!!!!! Godspeed in all the future endeavours. May you keep serving the community and keep spoiling us with luxurious experiences

The whole experience is exquisite and top notch. I recommend that out of your trip one should take out a couple days just to enjoy the variety of experiences the resort provides in itself. On top of that one of the finest morning breakfast buffets to kickstart your days, my family group had a couple of old people and they were assisted helpfully by Sangkalpa. I personally enjoyed the spa, swimming pool, 8 ball pool, table tennis since I have a bit of an active lifestyle. Nevertheless basking by the pool during sunset is another activity I cherished. Coming back here again.
