We stayed at Residence Hills for 4 nights. The Superior Suite is very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, generous living area and a kitchenette with a dining area. The apartment can easily accommodate 6 people or even up to 8 if you are willing to share sofa beds. The rooms were clean. The staff on the reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel has ski lockers and a very nice ski rental shop is just next door in the sister hotel. There is a direct access to the ski slopes. The hotel has an amazing restaurant. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. I would only say that ski-in/ski-out option is hard for complete beginners. Also, if you are planning to cook yourself, the shops are about 15min walk up the main road which is not pleasant due to the traffic - bring provisions with you, the rooms have a large fridge.

It is a residence where, if you want, you can buy an apartment (they are for sale) or spend a few nights there. New structure, very beautiful, modern apartments with kitchen, very well furnished and tasteful. Price not high in relation to the quality. Excellent starting point for visiting Kazbegi. By far the best in the area. Definitely and sincerely recommended.

We already knew the accommodation and once again it has been a success. Clean, spacious, close to the slopes, with 2 restaurants and its own equipment rental. All the staff super friendly and willing to help. We will definitely be back!

Very bad wifi, very bad breakfast selection, not even included with the room, staff very cold, not welcoming… nothing to do… apartment has nothing not even water supplied.. Don’t recommend to anyone coming from GCC We tried check out earlier and gave them 24 hours notice but they refused to refund us the money… nothing to do around or inside hotel

Good location (you’ll need to taxi to New Gudauri) amazing food and nice rooms. But… breakfast is rubbish, the restaurant service is an absolute joke as the food takes over 3 hours to come to you and in random times and they forget half of your order. Also no room service? Very strange! Could be an outstanding but a lot to work on.
