Hotel floor not clean, jet spray in toilet broken. No hot water for bathroom, no mineral water provided ed no lift available

Location is good, ample car parking space. They need to maintain cleanliness of room. Bedsheets, cushions are really in very bad condition and dirty.

There was wi-fi issue in that hotel. Manager was not supporting. They had not even provided basic kits until asked. Cleaning was not done until requested. Staff was good and restaurant food was also good.

I booked two rooms for 5 member family group and stayed for a day. Pros - near to ganpatiphule temple cons - - rooms not upto the mark and were given a room with unusable mirror in the room. Despite chasing for 10 hours+ hotel mgmt was not ready to provide another room. - room full of ants - dont keep anything in the room - we had another poor experience, the day of check-out - ladies members were not allowed to use toilet as we already checked-out as we already handed over the keys and they were asking to use washroom in nearby hotel.
