房間內設施都很新，被褥床品睡的很舒服阿，有地下車庫，坡度特別陡，目視約有45度，前台小姑娘微笑服務很體貼人。
酒店套餐配送的素食自助餐廳的菜品也都很好吃，而且菜品多樣還有水果咖啡等，餐廳的服務員都是藏族美女，哦有個帥哥，都很熱情，就餐的人基本上都是藏族人和喇嘛，他們吃完飯都自己主動的把餐具送到回收點，這個好習慣讓我們內地人很敬佩。
説説不足之處，我們到的這天不巧趕上甘孜縣自來水管道發生問題，酒店的自來水都是混濁的，根本無法使用的放出來的水裡麪都是黑色沙泥，酒店應該在辦理入住時提前告知，並應有一個挽救措施的，可是一點都沒有，搞得我們整晚沒有洗漱，另外早上我們的車在地下車庫被內部人員的車堵了半個多小時，車內沒有電話，最後前台小姑娘查監控才發現是自己的保安，希望酒店在服務細節上加強管理，提高服務質量。
