Ganzi Robri Hot Spring Hotel

在王城裡麪，但是整個王城也不是很大，淡季，很多地方沒開，很失望。酒店也很一般，要不是帶着父母不想折騰了，當場就想換房間，首先是住的這間，貓眼竟然直接是個大洞，洞還對着廁所。然後一樓房間特別潮濕，一股黴味。還有很多昆蟲，蜘蛛就打了兩衹。一樓房間真的太踩雷了。然後古城房實際上就是對着王城的博物館，但是有人會走來走去，所以窗簾是不開的，那基本上就啥也看不到。然後温泉倒是還行，爸媽去了我沒有體驗。但是這裏就是，我們問前台，需要準備什麼，前台説不用，直接打電話喊電動車來接就行，結果去了，什麼都沒有。要自己換衣服（要求是泳衣），穿浴袍等等，我們以為是那邊可以提供浴袍等，實際上都要在房間換好再去，問的時候也不説，又跑回去一趟。不過温泉還可以。

房間是單獨一棟裏的 和平時住的酒店不一樣 很有特色！ 就在格薩爾王城旁邊 晚上吃完飯還能去王城散散步 非常近 直通景區 環境不錯 一開窗簾外面就是一片湖 遠處還有雪山

前台妹妹服務好，房間正對濕地公園和雪山，早餐簡單，酒店環境好。就是房間清潔有待加強

整體風格、位置、服務都絕佳，天氣好的話房間裏能看到周圍的雪山🏔️，晚shangq泡温泉也很舒服，美中不足的是房間內的衞生有一丟丟差強人意～但是不妨礙我們續訂了一晚～

The hotel has an excellent location. It is located in the Wangcheng Scenic Area, facing the snow-capped mountains and lakes. The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. There are also very authentic hot springs, a large pool and several small pools. There are not many people and it is very comfortable. The price is really good. It's worth it. I will stay in a lake view room for a few days next time. The lady at the front desk is very nice, and Tashi, the manager in charge of the restaurant and hot springs, I would like to give this guy a big thumbs up. He is enthusiastic, down-to-earth and hard-working, making the guests staying in the hotel feel like they are in the spring breeze. I hope that the hotel can maintain the level of health services, strengthen them, and the business will be prosperous.
