The Moon Hotel is certainly well located, in the heart of the main avenue of 甘孜县. The cleaning of the rooms however lacks rigor. The welcome was very pleasant.

I told the front desk that the door was broken and I couldn't lock it from the inside. The front desk told me that it was not locked and I couldn't get in. You can't really complain. A good price with a view of the mountains. The receptionist was friendly, but practically lives behind the scenes, so everyone can do as they please. So everything would actually be great... unfortunately the walls are made of Chinese papier-mâché. In the middle of the night you can hear loud mating calls echoing through the walls and in the morning the alarm clocks echo into your room. All in all an interesting experience, I can only recommend it.
