一是房間衞生條件真的很差，床單上全是印跡，枕套上全是頭油味，黃黃的；二是房間隔音真的很差很差，聽得一清二楚，也是無語。但是前台小姐姐蠻好，我們反饋了，及時更換了房間。

環境、服務和設施在甘孜都算不錯的，我算不講究的人了，但是衞生真的太有問題，床單洗過的依然各種斑點和痕跡，黃色一點點的是J斑還是排xie的痕跡？掀開被子一股子人體油脂的味道。老闆把錢都投資在設施了無可厚非很加分，但是住宿的本質是床啊，設施和環境很好但是床墊、床單和被罩如此臟了還不扔掉，省小錢大影響。

恆温房間地暖説是季節不到不開，晚上最低8℃也沒地暖。被褥衞生堪憂，枕頭和床單已經偏黃了。晚上洗澡沒熱水。
