We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock that night. The front desk introduced that the first floor can wash and dry clothes. After we checked in, we were ready to clean the jackets of a family of three. When I went down, I saw that two washing machines were used by guests and then stored at the service desk on the first floor. I planned to have dinner outside and then look back. After we came back from dinner, the front desk did not find clothes. I asked to know that the front desk Jizhen had placed an order to help us in the cleaning, and the drying was completed and sent to the room. Thank you. At the same time, the small hotel introduced by the front desk staff who took a taxi at the door was also very good. Due to the lighting reasons, I could not see the badge clearly, so I could not name it.

Because the high anti-reverse on the road is more serious, I can't see it more and I booked it directly. It's beyond my imagination. 窗外就是雪山很漂亮，有一個快充位置，我們到的很晚，提前打電話請值班的安保丹花小哥幫我們留了充電位置，他和熱情的幫我們拿行李，還介紹當地的特色，他是色達人有問題都可以問他。我們到的很晚，值夜班的向巴前台也很熱心。總體入住感覺很棒，就在國道邊，入住很方便。

LlovetequilaFacilities: The equipment is very old and the maintenance is not good. The TV is broken and the toilet flush is broken. The doors of each cabinet will basically rust. Most of them will not work. The windows glass has been broken and have not been replaced. The hot spring water in the suite is really hot spring water, but unfortunately the cold water is particularly unclean, there are many precipitation, too affecting the hot spring, this is the biggest flaw of the hot spring.
Hygienic: Because it is relatively old, the cleaning and hygiene feel is not too in place, and the toilets have deep stains that have not been washed off. The towel quilt is still very clean and good. 

Environment: The environment is still very good, next to the hot spring yard is the lake, the grassland and the snow-capped mountains, the scenery is first-class. There are also many restaurants in the scenic area, but unfortunately there are only one or two open in the off-season, and the others are closed. 
Service: The two young ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic, on call, and have a very good attitude. They will fix the TV for us, although they have not been repaired.
